Puppy Loves and So Do We!

    By on

We've been feeding this to our now 4 1/5 month old puppy since we got her at 8 weeks and she's doing great. In general, she is not super food motivated (has gotten a little more so as she gets older) so we add small bits of other foods (such as scrambled eggs, cheese cubes, greek yogurt) to this at 1 or 2 meals a day, but she still eats all the kibble and doesn't "pick around it." Her poops are an easy consistency for both her to get out and us to pick up. She has never had diarrhea or constipation and is growing on schedule with a lovely coat. Also like that this has a single animal protein source and no chicken/beef by products. Highly recommend.

    It's Personal

    By on

This dog food is very highly recommended. The reviews that give the food a low score because THEIR pet doesn't like it or won't eat it is silly, it doesn't make the food bad or un-nourishing, it simply means that just like people are different, so are animals. People that won't / don't eat what is full of vitamins and minerals does not make them bad, it just means it's not a preference. If everyone ate what is good for them, no one would be overweight. Therefore please don't tell other people not to purchase something, because it did not work for you.

    Not happy with the change

    By on

I really loved the old formula... Now not so much. My puppy had nice firm stool and a small amount on the old formula.. now his stool is loose and A LOT of it! My puppy also dosent like it as well. They really need to go back to the old formula.

Small bag and a little $

    By on

Wish they had a larger bag for larger puppies. The price is a little much but limited option for allergy pups.

    Beatrice Loves It!

    By on

Our 18-month-old Great Pyrenees is heart worm infested and we found her running the streets with a pack of strays. She was significantly malnourished and under weight. The vet recommended adding puppy food to her diet. She gobbles this down and at her weight check today has finally increased by five pounds rather than steadily losing. Yay!

Puppy did not like the formula

    By on

I was very hopeful that my Pug puppy would like this food because it seemed like such a well rounded source of nutrition, but he won't touch it unless he's absolutely starving. Switching to Blue Buffalo so I will see how he does on that.
