Was a beautiful cup yet.

No idea what happened yet handle broke off so reordering again for my friend cause she just loved it. Makes a really great travel cup for coffee or what ever you drink.

Not so much

This is a reflection of S’well and not Chewy: the lid does not have a secure fit as it’s competitors. I agree with most the reviews that it’s a shame it doesn’t have a ‘close’ option on the lid, and without the lid my coffee does not stay hot. Also there’s no grip on the bottom of the mug. So, other than it being cute cat decor, the mug is a complete FAIL on the function side. $20 shame on you S’well.

Cute mug needs better lid

I've been looking for an insulated coffee mug that actually keeps my coffee hot. I was hoping this mug would be the one but unfortunately it doesn't due to the lid. If the lid had a sliding closure over the drinking hole, I think it would make it work.

A mug that makes me smile

I love the look of this mug with all the cats on it. The handle is nice and easy to hold onto. The mug holds a generous amount of beverage (coffee in my case) and holds the temperature well. The only thing I don't like so much is that the lid doesn't have a sliding cover that goes over the hole that you drink from, so it can spill if you're not careful. Overall, a good mug and love the kitty cat design!
