Size
To get the most accurate size harness for your pet, measure the girth of their chest, around the widest part of your dog's torso right behind the front legs, with a cloth tape measure. Pull the cloth tape snug, but not tight. If you don't have a cloth tape measure, you can use a piece of string and measure it with a rigid ruler afterwards. Make sure there's enough room for about two fingers between the harness and your pet's chest for comfort.

Not for Large Dogs
I purchased the correct size. I have a Queensland Blue Heeler 50lbs. I purchased this with intent to use in car. Extremely poor quality. The ‘D’ rings are not the gauge size strong enough to withstand poundage force and would break if in an accident. The mesh is thin. The way the straps are sewn in they would tear away from the thin mesh. In short, if we got in a car accident my service dog would probably get ejected because the poor quality materials would not hold for a dog her size. I’ve added a photo of the size in gauge difference needed to withstand the force for a dog my girls size
Love this harness!
This is a repeat purchase to the next size up. It is very easy to put on and padded in the chest so is very comfortable for the dog. I also purchased the SlowTon dog car headrest restraints with seat belt. I use that instead of the one that comes with the harness because it goes over the headrest instead of clicking into the seat belt so is in a better position for safety and comfort. It also doubles as a leash and has a safety lock. The restraint also comes in a 2-pack which is great if you have 2 vehicles or 2 dogs or just a spare if you misplace one! Both are also very affordable! So five stars for this harness and the headrest restraints!
Not impressed
Purchased this specifically for a long road trip. It arrived today, we put it on our doggo to start getting him used to it in intervals ahead of the trip, so he’s comfortable wearing it by the first of June. SO GLAD we did. The mesh part is ok, but the straps are rough on the edges and are irritating to his skin. We feel that he is safer harnessed and tethered, so I guess we we be devising padding for the length of strap that goes under his front legs. If we are forced to stop suddenly or are (God forbid) in an accident, using this without padding is NOT an option. Personally, I don’t think it should be advertised as a travel harness.
Great product
This is the second car safety harness I have ordered due to my growing puppy. I was completely satisfied with the first one, so when he grew out of that, there was no question that I was going to order the same product in a bigger size. It’s nicely made and easy to put on the dog in the car.
Nice Fit & Function
Have tried several seatbelt harnesses in the past, and this is my favorite. It adjusts to fit the dog securely, is easy on/off, and is the first one I have been comfortable walking my dog in as well as transporting.

Easy on and good fit
We love this harness. It is very secure, and it's far easier to get on her than others I've purchased. It's one of those things I feel like I should buy an extra of in case anything happens to this one.
Made well but hard to take off
Love the quality of the harnesses and the seat belt bukel. However the loop that keeps the bucket from extending does not lock well and my puppy is able to pull on it to come over to my lap wile driving. The harnesses is easy to put on once your dog knows how to sit but hard to take off mine is a wiggle butt.
Good Car Harness
I like this harness, it's easy to put on and take off. It's not bulky and my big puppy looks comfortable in it. I would recommend this product to my friends and family.
Not right for us or my car
I have a 2015 Mazda 6 and the seatbelt clip didn't work for the seatbelts. It just popped out when I tried to click it in. Still seems to be good quality for the right car though
