Raven loves this kit! She gets mad at the stuffed puppy with heart beat that I keep on constantly haven’t used heat packs. Thinking of getting my 12 year old dog one.
Too Loud and too hot
The heartbeat gadget is too loud and hard sound. Should consider a softer sound. My pup didn’t like it. The heat source gets too hot and stays hot far too long. All else of the kit is wonderful.
Sent as a gift, they loved it. Chewy unfortunatly did not but the gift message on the box, so they did not know who sent it!!!!!! Not happy
Perfect gift for new puppy
Purchased for a new puppy as a gift. Family loves the heartbeat works great for soothing the puppy and night and getting him to sleep.
Great Kit!
My puppy absolutely loves his snuggle dog and the heart with the heart beat is great. He never made a peep in his crate during the night with this. He also loves the chew toys and blanket! It is very warm and soft. Love this and would recommend it to other people!
Puppy Love('s It)
I was skeptical about this one, but thought it might help our new puppy to adjust to being in a new home without his litter mates. Little guy was having a hard time but as soon as I turned it on he calmed down considerably. It's not a miracle worker, but I think he likes the heartbeat a lot. The teething ring is helpful but not necessary. We used the heat packs once but it didn't seem to really make a difference. The blanket is soft although our pup doesn't care about that too much right now.

I have a brand new puppy. I have been purchasing a lot of things for him. This kit has been a life saver. This little 8 week puppy has slept in his crate with his dog, His blanket and his toy since the first night. The dog and blanket are very soft. She loves everything but the heart. It is too large for puppy. Had to cut it up to make it work. Also there was no opening to put water in for freezing.
Nice starter kit
People swear by the dog. My puppy likes it, but can take it or leave it. He loves the red heart though.... but not frozen.
