Nutritional Info

Ingredients

100% Organic Oats, Wheat, Rye and Barley.

Instructions

Remove the netting from pellets and replace into each compartment. Pour 3 ounces of warm water onto each pellet in your planting container. Wait 10 minutes for the pellets to absorb the water. Remove about 1 teaspoon of soil from each pellet and set aside. Open seed pack and stir seeds into the soil. Using the soil that you set aside in step 4 cover the seeds and lightly mix. Add water if necessary to keep soil and seeds moist-however, over watering can lead to a fungal and mold growth. Drain any excess water from the bottom tray. Do not allow the seeds to dry out. Lightly mist your garden daily to keep moist. Keep in a location that is between 65-70 degrees F. When the grasses are 3” to 4” tall, you can treat your kitty to its garden.

Hey everyone! I've never been good with plants...so I made the mistake of over-watering this when I set it up and noticed mold growing a few days later! Whoops! :( But, I removed the mold and tried again paying closer attention to my watering...of course ^_^ haha! Within a couple days I had some sprouts! I was so excited! Our babies absolutely love it and they haven't thrown up since I bought this! It helps their sensitive tummies for sure! They also love this healthy snack! I've been worried about them because they seem to have picked up the habit of eating plastic or ropes...NOT OKAY! Sooo....I'm hoping this will help with their munchies as well as extra cat nip play time! Thank you so much Hey everyone! • Kitty grass

My cat loves this stuff! I already have refills on my next auto shipment. My only complaint is the instructions were created before the newest design was produced. The instructions say you need to look on the lid and the seeds and separated by the types of grasses, this is not the case. The grasses are all mixed into one small ziplock bag, needless to say I was search for the other three packs for a few minutes. The grass grows fast and my cat loves it. I had issues keeping my cat out of it before it reached the 4 inch mark but that’s because he’s very persistent.

  • Neat project

This was my first attempt at growing cat grass. The planter is very cute. I planted the garden a few days before Christmas this year and had some very decent looking grass by about the fifth day. Only used about 10 seeds per section but this filled out the planter nicely. Plan to grow again when needed. The only downfall to this kit was it did not come with any written instructions but I managed to get through and grow something anyway! And believe me, I have no green thumb. My one year old male cat Smokey really enjoys munching on the grass which made it all worth it. Would recommend this product.

I thought this would be great for my cat!! She loves to eat most of my other plants but I wanted something just for her that I know she could eat. I did what the package said, to plant and water and wait and keep in a certain temperature. About day 4 I started seeing some white hairy mold growing on the top and I got confused! I waited to see what happened for about 3 more days and it started sprouting but the mold was still there. I did not feel comfortable letting my cat eat the gras coming from the moldy soil so I threw it away! I did keep some of the seeds from the package so I will try again. Hopefully it will work this time! I do love the container, was made very well (the brown container I thought this would be great for my cat!! • Will try it again, the reviews help!!

Our mom tried to grow us some grass but we only got one bite each. I think she is going to try it again and we hope she does a better job because my sister & I LOVE the product ! Being that we are cats, we loved checking out the box and had fun supervising the planting of the seeds. We were NOT happy when she hid it on us as the grass grew, but it probably was a good idea. Thank you Chewy!

  • CUTE design and it works!

Follow instructions under the little pots and you'll have this growing fast! For example, I didn't know to remove the little mesh netting around the peat pellets. I used the tip of a knife to start peeling. Worked great! My cat was shot with a crossbow and will never have his little outside playtime again. I wanted this little patch of grass for him. This is well made, and nicely designed.

Our youngest cat loves his grass-he sits and stares at it (it's on a high shelf) meowing until someone will get it down for him to eat. He'd probably eat it all in one day if we let him; the refills will definitely be on auto order-it was so easy to grow! The box it grows in it a super nice box for being such a low price; it is well made and will be well used!

All felines eat grass to help with hair balls and obtain micro-elements like silicon for healthy skin, fur and bones. If none is available, poor souls bite on flower bouquets and toxic house plants. This beautiful and easy to grow home garden comes in a steady not "flipable" decorated box with dry moss for planting soil. It easily absorbs and holds water, the seeds emerge and grow happily on the sunny side of my window sill. In summer and fall I transfer the seedlings outside so they could absorb more nutrients from the soil. When my feline is allowed outdoors, she finds them in a heartbeat. When not, I cut some in the morning and ad to her food at home. • Grows well but kitty not interested

    By on

The box is adorable and the seeds grew really quickly and fully. Unfortunately, my kitty is not that interested. She loves regular dried cat nip and typically chews the leaves off all my plants. In fact, I had to move all my plants up where she couldn’t get to them. I thought she’d love this, but unfortunately she just doesn’t seem interested.

  • Cats love it

We have tried grass plants for our cats before with no luck. However, this product has been a hit with our fur-babies. I grew the grass for about a week and half to make sure that it was nice and long. Now my cats eat grass from it every day and so far we have had no issues with it. I would buy it again if needed.
