Worked for 1 day
Our cat was rescued from the outdoors and since I've seen her hunt, thought this toy would be great for her. The chirping sounded real, but she barely played with it (prob bc it was brand new). The next day I tried to get her to play with it and it wouldn't chirp! Defeats the purpose. Will keep as a batting toy (maybe she'll end up liking it) but extremely disappointed in battery life since it was brand new.
It’s a Hit!
My guy loves this toy. I once threw it across the room onto hardwood floor and the chirp box started seizing. I thought it was a goner for sure, I felt deep regret for my actions. I was about to buy a new one when much to my surprise, it came back to life! Have not had any issues since & that was months ago.
Great for the kitty, not so much if there's a dog in the house.
The kitten l9ves this but so does our young shepherd. With this having a battery in it and being so small, I had to take it away for the safety of our dog, so it wouldn't get swallowed. I would suggest this for cat only houses or houses with dogs that have no interest in cat toys at all!
Birdie Chirping Toy
Augie had great interest in this at first. Then he submerged it in his water dish and the chirping stopped! A few days later it dried out and chirped again, but he doesn't seem to like it much anymore. It's not that soft and doesn't "toss" around like other toys.
A Purrfect Toy for a Cat or a Kitten
Bailey loves the chickadee chirp electronic bird-sound cat toy. She goes crazy for it, whenever I toss it to her, or see does it herself. She uses her claws and jaws to attack the bird. Already, the bottom of the toy has an opening to see the stuffing from various rough playtime. This is one of her favorite cat toys so far. She gives it two clawed paws up.
Doesn’t Work
This barely had a sound as soon as we got it and it stopped working within two days of having it. My pets have lost total interest in it now. I’ve never had a problem with this brand before so this was very disappointing.
It's almost like Catnip
I have a very active kitten who's loves watching the birds. Shes used to be feral so she probably saw mom catching birds. But back o the review, She loves this toy !! I think she carried it around for the entire first day. It only chirps when pounced on or impacted so you only hear it when its being played with. Well believe me with my kitten it chirps almost non stop when shes awake. Sadly, it's been real quiet lately.... and I haven't found it yet so guess I'll buy another 1 or maybe 2. lol
Cat Toy
I love this for the cats, the cats love it as well and like the others they bounce this all over the place...sometimes it hides in corners they put it into and then will seek it out and do it all over again...lol
Can’t hear the sound
I got this for my boy because he loves to hear birds but this toy has barely any sound. It’s so low. He wants nothing to do with it. Makes me sad because I thought for sure he was going to love this!
