I just bought the SmartyKat Madcap Mania toy (the koala). It's probably so simple, but I can't figure out how to refill it! Help!

There is velcro on the underside of the toy and once opened, the catnip can be inserted inside. Once the toy is full, press velcro together to close the toy.

Nimbus approved

I have purchased a few of these and Nimbus loves them, fresh catnip in it or not. Every morning at 2AM he starts playing with this toy. It is a good thing mom is a night owl too. This is the only toy that he does not lose or try to drown in his water bowl. Definitely recommended by Nimbus & mom.

Great Replacement!

The 1st one that we purchased made no noise, the cats like it but noisy toys really get them interested & moving. We have never had a problem with this brand toy before but there's always a 1st time. We let Chewy know by their message service and that night received a message that a new one was on it's way!! The best customer service of any company! Thanks Chewy!

Wrong toy?

What I received does not match the product pictures at all. I received a small lamb made of Sherpa material, not fuzzy like the pictures show. My cat is indifferent to it.

Didn’t get the toy I ordered

I ordered the toy in the picture shown, however I was sent 2 other ones which my cats have zero interest in. I called in about this and was told that substitutions were made and that is stated in the description of this toy but I didn’t see that. I’m very disappointed in the products I received and so are my cats.

10/10 for tossing

My kitten is *obsessed* with this dang mouse, who we have named Mimi. I practically beg her to play with any of the other 700 toys we have, but Mimi is always her #1. She’s very partial to toys that are nice and aerodynamic because she’s a big tosser, so if your cat likes to toss she is the one for you. We also have about 7 Mimi’s now because she loses them frequently so I appreciate the variety and think we have collected them all.

Toy received Not as pictured

Toy received is fleece not fur like in pictures. Deceiving advertising. If it is one of the choices it should be listed. Feels like a substitution of lesser quality.
