"Soft & Chewy" Very misleading!

There were 2 reasons I ordered this treat - organic and soft. These treats were very hard and my dog did not like them. You will be very disappointed in these if your dog likes "soft" chewy treats.

Our dog sniffed it and then walked away. I tried multiple times and also breaking into smaller parts but he didn't show any interest. Also these are really hard and not easy to break.

Our dogs love these but when we first started buying them, they were soft as advertised but in the last year, they are harder. Sometimes very hard! Sometimes way too hard to break and or safely give to your dog. Why call something soft and chewy when it clearly isn't? Obviously, something has changed - please fix.

We keep these in the room by our garage, so when we don't want him to follow us we say stay & when we get back, he's always right there waiting for his treat!!

Our dogs LOVE the chwey treats. All of them stand in line, hoping for more, when treat time comes around. The figured out where the treats are located, and started pointing to the treat cupboard, wanting more. Can't buy them fast enough, when we run out !!

These are rather hard treats for being in the shape of balls. If I were to give one of these to my dogs whole, it could EASILY get lodged in their throats. I had to cut each one in half with a knife because of how hard they are.

If you have a senior Dog dont give them these. They are hard to eat
