The best car seat for smaller dogs
If you have a longer or smaller dog, and a console, this is the best carseat option. It fits securely onto the lid of the console with straps, then ties down in back to the frame of your seats underneath. There is no budging it. You can still open the console lid easily, though you may not want to when the dog is in the seat. Plus, it doesn't take up a passenger seat. The dog can see out, and gets less car sick, gets air from the front vents, is right by you but secured to the seat with a harness tether, and then has a soft next of lambswool material on the bottom. The sides are fabric covered foam. The back is higher to protect them from sudden stops. By being in the console they are away from the airbags. Much safer than being in your lap up front. This is honestly one of the best purchases we have ever made. She LOVES it! We bought the LARGE size because they're longer than the XL per reviews and specs, and she is part dachshund. (The XL is wider and a bit shorter front to back). It is ok that it hangs off the back of the console by about 2 inches. For reference, this is pictured in a Chevy Tahoe.
Perfect!
This console dog car seat fits perfectly on the console of my F150 Lariat. It secures to the console lid in front and around the base of the console in the back. Our little dog, Timmy (11 lbs) has plenty of room and it's high enough for him to see out all of the windows. It also keeps our big dog, Jessie, from trying to climb into the front seats! It removes and installs easily, and the console can still be opened with the seat in place. Perfect!
puppy wants to be the navigator
I scoured through console dog bed reviews and really thought this would be perfect for my 2013 4Runner. Unfortunately, it’s just too wide to wedge between the driver and passenger seat backs. One reviewer said they made it work, so I banked on it. I knew it’d be tight, but when in place, the side walls collapse in on the bed rendering it unusable. The search continues for my furry backseat driver.
Travel Game Changer
Whoa! First time traveling on the road for an extended period of time with our Fur-baby. The Snoozer Car Seats are game changers! Before she would tootle around town in our lap which was pretty hazardous. We started our Millie Moo in the console car seat to be close to us for her comfort on a 2900 mile trip. We soon moved her to The Lookout in the backseat where she was most comfortable snuggled up with her nose resting in the corner where the seatbelt goes. We will no longer leave Millie with a sitter. She will now go everywhere with us. Btw, Colorado Rockies? No side affects to the high altitude! Her Lookout doubled as her bed when not in the car. We are all happy campers traveling.
Fantastic
I was hesitant about buying this seat because of the price. Needed it for a 1900 mile tripe so I bit the bullet. One of my best purchases, ever. Our Havinese pup absolutely loved her seat. Made her feel secure and she had no problem sleeping. Appears to be made with quality materials. The sides hold up very good to resting your arm.
Dog does not like this at all
Stiff bottom. Dog is not comfortable. VERY small and not good even for my Chihuahua.
Colby Loves His Snoozer!
Awesome product!! Dog is safe and secure in his Snoozer!! Took me a while to figure out how to secure it to the console, but now it’s sturdy and won’t budge. Love that it’s away from the airbags, but my dog is still next to me!! He snoozed in it before I even put it in my car!!! Check out the Colby photos!! He’s 8.3lbs and 14” long. I got the small - for my small console.
Perfect for my console loving dog!
Great solution for a dog that likes sitting on the center console. The large size fits my 18 pound pug perfectly, lets him lay down if he wants and stops him from sliding around. The photos make it look like it is too small, but he does have more room, just chooses to have his legs dangling out the front. Porkchop and I are both very happy.

Best dog seat
My dog loves riding on the console in this seat. She never trys to get out and she is a very active puppy. It is worth the money. Measure your console first. I should have gotten a large instead of a Xlarge. X large is wider but Large is longer.
