Snuggle Safe Dog, Cat & Small Animal Microwave Heat Pad

Snuggle safe microwave heat pad works really well and lasts. I have some that I have used every winter for 10 years and they work like new. I will heat them up before an ice storm is predicted that might possibly take down tree limbs and cut off power so I can tuck the pads into their beds. I use them in the beds of rescued dogs and cats that I need to keep on the screened in porch until I can get them checked out at the vet. Even spunky pups won't try to chew them up. An excellent product.

This thing works exactly like it says. You microwave it based on your wattage, then let it sit. It isn't blazing hot, it's just perfectly warm. I checked on it after ten hours and it was still warm. My foster kittens (who stay in a cooler room in the house once they're bigger) love it and I'm going to start offering it to my aging dog. I'd have bought it full price, but with the sale price, I feel like I came out ahead in this thing. I've only had it about a week, so I can't say if it holds up in the long term or not, but for now, I'm obsessed.

We purchased this to give our cat a warm little spot to snuggle on during the cooler winter months. It works wonderfully. Its held heat for more than 10 hrs for us, which is pretty impressive. We simply microwave it for about 5 1/2 minutes, then we place the disk in his kitty bed under a blanket. He really seems to enjoy it (when he isn't snuggled up on our laps). It's a bit firmer than I realized it would be, but with some blankets placed on top of it our cat seems to enjoys the warmth it adds to his cozy kitty bed.

I got this heat pad for one of our feral cats who sleeps on our porch. He loves it and waits for me to heat it up and put it in his little shelter. He plops right on it to warm up his belly! It’s so cute! I am surprised at how long it stays warm. The warmth gradually dissipates, of course, but it at least stays minimally warm all night.

Purchased this for my cats after reading such great reviews about it online and on Chewy. My five cats just don't get the appeal, and my cats LOVE heated things, they fight regularly over sleeping on a hot spot on my bedroom floor where there are heating pipes. I figured they would fight over this product as well, but nope. For one, it's hard as a rock, my cats prefer softness. I've even tried placing it under blankets and cat beds, they won't use it. Two, it really doesn't get all that warm, and yes I have microwaved it per the instructions. Just an expensive, lukewarm rock my cats refuse to use.

Got this for my female Boston Terrier because she is always cold. Didn't realize this item was going to be hard as a rock. My Boston Terrier will not lay on it even when I put 2 layers of blankets on it. Kind of disappointed. Would return it but threw the packaging and receipt away. I don't recommend this item.

These used to be made in Wales...I bought 5 of them, for each of my dogs and cats, and they ADORED the "Creature Comforts" and SO did WE!! How ANNYONE should have to live without these is ridiculous! I grew up in Manitoba! Never warmed up until I came to California!. These are BETTER than EVERY POSSIBLE invention.....stay hot 10-12 hours...Ecstatic Animals! Ecstatic People!!! I was hesitant to purchase because of the price but I read the reviews and it definitely lives up to the great things everyone else has said! Any where I place this, my cat lays near it. Keeps him cozy and less hyper active at night because he's comfy and doesn't want to leave this warm cuddle buddy ! Stays warm for a good while too. I keep in under a blanket in one of the beds or on their favorite spot under a blanket on my couch, wherever they may before I go to sleep or leave the house !

Wonderful addition for our new guinea pig so that she can sleep in our child's room which is chilly at night during the winter. She loves resting on it and its very easy to heat up and rotate (we got 2--one to put in the morning and then a second to change out at night). Highly recommend!

I am a kitten foster for our local humane society and they didn't have any more of these to loan out so I decided to buy my own. My fosters are very little and need extra heat so this works great. Hopefully my shelter will be able to buy more so all the kittens can have one.
