I was really looking forward to replacing the mangled paper bags around the house with this rug. It has not done the trick for my cat. Even right out of the box, I can't get it to hold a shape, even after watching videos and instructions and trying different set ups. One pounce onto it and it collapses I was really looking forward to replacing the mangled paper bags around the house with this rug. It has not done the trick for my cat. Even right out of the box, I can't get it to hold a shape, even after watching videos and instructions and trying different set ups. One pounce onto it and it collapses and does not spring back. The cat is mildly entertained if I interact with him and keep holding open the holes. It seemed like a great idea for the hider, stalker but has not been a success at my house. It now sits with paper towel tubes stuck in the small holes as support beams or kitty naps on top of the folds. That is one thing that is true about the product as in the picture. Would not recommend spending that much money on this product. … more

Great! Happy Cats here!
By Toni on Feb 27, 2021
Cats love it! Has become central activity in my house for wrestling and lying on and hiding! So nice to see and big enough and good instructions!

Even my CH kitty loves this!
By ANreka on Feb 25, 2021
Last night I had all the cats chasing a stick as I poked it through the holes in the rug. My CH kitty loves this toy because he doesn't slip when diving through the holes! They also use this to scratch and sharped their claws, saving the furniture!

Well... not sure what I was expecting
By Angie on Feb 20, 2021
I bought this because of the great reviews. My cats love to hide in things so I thought it would be a good addition for their enrichment. Well, it's just two thin rug-like pieces that velcro together. It's floppy and less structured than the pictures and videos show. My cats seemed to prefer the paper that came in the box. I wouldn't be so miffed if this weren't nearly 50 bucks!

THE RIPPLE RUG
By BABYGIRL on Feb 17, 2021
We bought this for baby girl on her third birthday. She immediately began collecting her toys to "hide" them inside the rug. She then starting tossing them out through the holes. Then collecting and hiding them again. Now she verbally invites us play with her at the rug

Snuggly Cat Super Toy
By Banana on Feb 15, 2021
This is a great toy. Cats get bored with toys easily, but there are so many options with this they play with it all the time. They like using it for scratching too. I hide little fury toys inside for them to find. Its great fun watching them find them.

I Can't Get My Cats Off of This
By Stella on Feb 15, 2021
I recently had to make the decision to keep my cats fully indoors, rather than indoor/outdoor, due to a marauding predator that showed up out of nowhere who beats up on all the homed cats in the 'hood. Having seen the ripple rug being thoroughly enjoyed in a friend's FB post, I thought I'd give it a whirl. Initially, both my cats enjoyed diving into the holes, but shortly after that it became my older cat's favorite sleeping spot. He is ALWAYS plopped in the center of it, snoozing away. Another week passed and my 1.5 year old cat decided she wanted some of that action and now they playfully vie for the opportunity to sleep in the middle of this thing. However, when I bring out the chase toy on the string they both prefer chasing after and batting at it while they are on the ripple rug. I think they would dart around in the holes if they hadn't flattened it out. Every once in a while I try to arrange it so they can use it as it was intended, but, and herein lies my fault with it, it has too many velcro attachments to keep it standing up so they can access the holes. Otherwise, it was a great purchase. … more
