Great Crate!
I got this for my 2 kitties as I’m taking them out of the house for showings. I put a small litter box in there along with a blanket and it has worked out perfectly. Easy to pop up and close down. I like that it has straps for over the car headrests and channels for the seat belts. I highly recommend!
EXCELLENT PRODUCT...SOLVES TRAVELING WITH CATS FIASCO
We have two female cats that don't get along that well. We ordered the collapsable litter box as well and place this in the center of the crate. We put two little beds on each side of the litter box. Food and water? We soaked their dry cat food in water for 5 minutes and placed it in a small bowl. That way the water doesn't spill and get on their beds wet. The crate is ingenious. The kitties can see out and the openings at both ends and the secure gate openings make putting two cats inside a breeze. We are in the process of selling our home and need to crate the kitties and leave in our car for maybe up to 4 hours a time. We talk to them in their crate to reassure them all is OK. They yowl off and on but are not traumatized when the ride is over and we carry them each back into the house. They are getting use to the crate now. When we go to actually move it won't be a shock for them to be crated on an 8 hr trip. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
SP cat & dog truck crate
Excellent product. I have two cats, & it’s a perfect way to take a trip with them in the truck or our mini van. Started them out by putting it in living room to get used to it. They used it as a play tunnel. Room for small cat box too! I just add the chewy stainless steel cups that bolt on the door grate & they have food & water.
Great for long car rides!
I just traveled cross country with my 2 cats in this crate. (Weight: 15 & 18 lbs) They were crated for approximately 8 hrs a day in the back of my car. Both cats seemed very comfortable with room to move and use a small litter pan. When we reached our destination, I removed the crate from the car and put it in the spare bedroom. Guess where the cats are hanging out now?
Fantastic item
Had to drive over a thousand miles. The cats did great. I saw other reviews where it said their cats didn't mind it at all and I thought that was crazy. My cats hate the small carrier so I didn't think this would make any difference. But it made all the difference in the world. It was the first time ever taking them more than a few miles. And they screamed the whole way on the few miles. I only heard them meow twice the whole trip. Is there a child size??
Purrfect for Long Trips
I bought this about a year ago for my move, which involved 2 cats and a 20 hour drive. It fit across the backseat of my Hyundai Veloster perfectly. It was large enough to hold a 12 lb cat, a 20 lb cat and a small litter box, with room for them to move around. The cats had no issues with the crate, didn't try to escape or claw their way out. I'd opened it and had it on the floor in the apartment for about a week before the move, so they could get used to it. Very sturdy, and it will get used again for the next long move.

Great crate!
My cats hate the cat carrier, hate the car, hate trips and tend to be traumatized for days afterwords. This was such a great problem solver, especially for long trips. I leave this set up in the house for them to play in, and then when it is time for a car trip, they just play in the car instead. They have room to stretch out to be apart from each other or cuddle close. There is plenty of room for toys and blankets, plus it is easy to clean , after car sickness accidents. They are safe enclosed in the back seat, yet have plenty of room at the same time. It folds up flat for storage when not in use.
Cantastic carrier
Although our cat wasn't terribly happy traveling in this, it gave him a safe and secure place to use the bathroom with the separately purchased accompanying litter box, and allowed him to move around and talk to us the whole way -- not so much of a benefit. Haha. It fit perfectly behind the truck seat, and we could see one another. Love that it easily folds for storage!
