Good for small Tanks
This was a little more difficult to apply than I anticipated. The queen has a lot of air bubbles underneath it when you first apply so it does not look very good from the inside of the tank in my opinion. I would not buy this for my larger tanks
Won’t apply properly
Even though the colors and scenery are beautiful we could not get the background to adhere to the tank even though we followed the instructions completely!
Terrible - Do Not Buy
Background was faded when I got it. Not as sharp as the picture shows. It faded even more over the last 7 months and now its just a powder blue grey background with no features. Attached easily enough as long as the tank is empty and lying on its side. Don't even think of attaching if your tank is full and against or near a wall. Buy something else.

This background is excellent! It truly stays put with just static cling!
“Invisible” scratches
I wanted a subtle and simple background for my new 10-gallon aquarium, so the “Ocean” floor version was perfect. When the protective sheet is removed it looks just like the online image, though it looks a bit more muted once applied. Installation was easy, but I paid careful attention to the instructions and watched the video on Chewy’s site three times to make sure I got it right. If that were all I had to write, it would be a five-star purchase. What I don’t like is that when you install it, when you get air bubbles and smooth them out, you run the risk of scratching the image. You don’t even notice it from the reverse, as you work, and you may not even see it from the front if you have certain lighting. In my case, the scratches were invisible with the incandescent lights, but were very obvious with the LED lighting. Again, from the reverse, there is no evidence of any “damage” to the front image. Overall, it may be better than seeing the wall and the heater and filter wires, but the scratch marks are certainly a distration.
Love This Background!
This background look awesome in our 30 gal. tank with our black gravel. It goes well with our pirate theme with a sunken ship! Love the price!
Not as it appears
Although inexpensive, the background is not as vivid and clear when applied. If there is any air between the background and the aquarium a neon blue comes through. Would not recommend.
Disappointing
Product would be nice if only it was as it appears in the picture of the item. It is almost entirely blue. If you stare long enough, you can make out what appears to be the floor of the sandy ocean. Didn't cost much, not worth the trouble or postage to return it.
