  • fantastic food

This was purchased for a dog with cancer. it has all the basics of a high fat high protein low carbohydrate food. pumpkin. buffalo..fish. good tummy helpers as well.. making it easier to make sure Diane's food profile is good for her (mammary cancer) also a superb future mommy conditioner, if we choose to breed again. and of course.. puppies. we soak the food for Diane and add a bit of cottage cheese, chicken or raw egg yolk. anything to make her happy.

In my reading I have discovered that peas and any extract of them can cause heart problems for dogs. I really appreciate this manufacturer in not including peas. Dogs seem to be eating it.

  • Eats Like a Treat

Obie is 9 weeks old. He enjoys his Sports Dog Food as though it is a dog treat. I mix it together with real dog treats for training and he’s happy to perform for either.

  • Vet recommended

My vet suggested this food because it didn’t have the pea/lentil fillers. Works perfectly for my dog. He handles beef well and Buffalo is a very similar protein.

  • Pup dont like it

    By on

I believe it's a great food, however my dog dont like it. I have to bribe him to eat it by mixing treats in with it. :( I wasted my 30% off first auto ship :(

  • Fantastic Brand

Just switched to this product as I was having difficulty keeping weight on my Vizsla. I was using Fromm previously and the switch made a world of difference. I highly recommend it!!

  • Excellent food

    By on

I have a German Shepherd who is 10 months old and is very active. I have been slowly transitioning her over to this food during the past 2 weeks and so far, it’s been an easy switch. She absolutely loves this food and my favorite thing is that I have noticed that she is not shedding near as much and her coat is already becoming softer and shinier. She has also gained some much needed weight and seems to fill up faster.

  • Very pleased

Got my German Shepherd puppy at 6 weeks, he has been eating this for about 3 weeks now. He loves it, he has grown like a weed, and his fur is on point. Worth the price in my opinion.

  • Best food around

    By on

Can't go wrong with these ingredients!! Have always wanted a dog food that has coconut oil instead of any other kind of oil and they have it!! Very digestible food, that means less comes out. My dogs use to be on the Beef formula and did excellent on it. Now they are doing well on the Buffalo. I think the new formulas are even better than the last.

  • I Do Love the Formula

    By on

I love the ingredients in this food and the fact that it contains no peas or white potatoes. The coconut oil is great too. But I tell ya, it causes some major "flatulence" in my dogs....and it can run you out of a room. Wow! So not sure what is causing that.
