Love This Collar
This Sport DOG Replacement collar fits our control box perfectly just like the original collar did. We purchased the camo pattern and it looks very smart on his carmel colored coat. So very pleased with this product.
Excellent product
Very happy with my purchase. Have had this collar for over a year and it’s held up great. I like the pop of color over the basic black strap that came with the ecollar. I bought the reflective blue collar and I love the added reflectivity for visibility. The reflective strip has not faded at all, a little dirty because it’s on my dog for many adventures but I could wipe it clean anytime. I always go for reflective collars for my dog and the ones that are for his tags always seem to wear down and I’m very happy that this collar doesn’t have issue with the reflective strip peeling off. YES YOU CAN CUT IT. One size fits all, from toy breeds to giant breeds, and yes I know what I’m talking about. I used to work as a dog trainer using sport dog collars and the straps fit on toy Yorkshire terriers, Maltese to Great Danes and mastiffs, you just don’t have to cut for the giant breeds. Sport dog makes the collar straps long so they can fit all dogs, just cut off the excess. But if you have a puppy leave extra length until full grown or you will need to buy a replacement. I cut mine just like I did the original black straps and have had no issues. Very happy with this purchase and will totally get the reflective orange strap for my future dog if my boyfriend ever lets us get another dog haha

These were not as heavy as the original! If I had not already cut them to size I would have returned them but will use them & see how they do!

Best collar I’ve found!
I have 2 dogs and they love to chew each other’s collar until it breaks. This collar has been the longest surviving collar I have found and I have not had to replace it yet. Definitely recommend.
Great for intended function: ecollar strap
Reading some other reviews, I think people are confusing this collar for a standard collar. It is not meant to be used as such. They should never be used clipped to a leash. It is a 3/4in strap intended to be used for ecollar receivers that use 3/4in straps. It fit my garmin tritronics ecollar perfectly and is exactly what I expected. It can be cut down to size, or tuck the excess back into the buckle.
Sportdog collar
I only give it 3 stars because it's so long and don't know if I cut the collar if it will pull a part. Nothing to do with chewy, they should come in different lengths. The box was crushed but everything was fine also nothing to do with chewy. Recommend only if you dog is large or extra large.
Replacement collar is perfect.
This collar was a perfect fit for the Pet Trainer electronic collar that our puppies chewed up. It’s actually better quality than the original collar. It can be easily trimmed to fit. Would definitely buy again.
Works great with SD 425s
My dog got a little chunky over the past year and her old collar was on the last hole (yes it was cut to fit her when we first bought it over a year ago). I purchased the pink one and it fits perfect with the SportDog 425s.
Great replacement collar with fun colors!
This replacement collar worked perfect with my SportDog remote collar when the old one wore out. Like that I got to pick a fun color rather than just the boring black! Will order again if I ever need another replacement.
