This is the best GPS and the customer service is over the top. I have called repeatedly to get instruction and they are always happy and talk to me as long as I need and they know everything. The collar itself is easy to understand and use which it must be for me as I live in the past century and do not understand this stuff. I have found great coverage in rolling hills and I have tracked him over six miles away. I am one satisfied customer
