Only food my dog will eat.
my great dane absolutely LOVES this food. this is the only food she will eat. I once tried changing it on her and she didn’t eat for 3 days until i gave her Sportsman’s Pride again. I do wish there was a bigger bag because i order the 33lb every 2 weeks, but other than that it’s great.

dogs don’t like the taste
Unfortunately my dogs just do not like this food. I have 5 dogs and only 1 will eat it without mixing with wet food. My poor Aussie licks the wet food off and still leaves this it’s been a couple weeks and he still won’t eat it. The others always leave any dry food that didn’t get enough wet on it. It’s a great price for decent ingredients. I wish my dogs would eat it but I won’t be ordering it again.
Dogs like it and no pea
I loved my old food blackwood but they added peas and prices almost doubled. Needed pea free and one mine will eat. Only on first bag but so far so good
Have a new rescue
Life is so good when you ask a rescue source for a dog & they get you a PERFECT fit.... In the weeks that followed, moving to High Point, NC., we were head over heals in boxes, packing, etc.,I had asked my son to reach out to the rescue he had used & BAM, we have exactly what we wanted. Since she was rescued, she had been on your food, thriving & eats it like no one will ever feed her again. Our rescue says they only feed the dogs your brand!! the end
Dog wants nothing to do with it
Unfortunately my dog has no interest in this food. She went 2 days without eating. She just doesn't like it. She does semi decent if I mix it with something she really likes but there is always some left in the bowl. I think I will be sticking with taste of the wild or American Journey.
