Made of ballistic nylon and plush, Spunky Pup Fly & Fetch Eagle Dog Toy is perfect for indoor or outdoor play with your companion.
High-flying toy that comes in the shape of an eagle.
Features built-in bungee cord that allows it to be launched up to 100 feet.
Fabric loop on the head for thumb placement.
Ideal for trips to the pool, beach or lake as this toy floats.
This is a cool toy, but the packaging picture shows an eagle with orange rope legs. It even says "place finger in slot & pull back on rope" But there are no rope legs as pictured. It makes flinging It difficult & of not done right, it'll hit your hand & leave a big painful welt!

My grandpuppy tore this toy apart in minutes. Not worth the money.
Dog loves this thing

So our golden retriever has a broken reteiever....for everything but this thing. He goes nuts and gallops around the back yard and then rolls on his back and plays with this between his paws in the air. Wish he wouldn't be able to tear off the pieces that hang off it but alas it's an easier way to burn some energy off our energetic boy.

My dalmatian had this broken and I had to throw it away 5 minutes after I gave it to him
Good Idea, Bad Interpretation

The concept behind this is great but the fact you are teaching your Dog to kill Birds is sad.
Make things that don't look like other animals in my back yard and I'm in...
I have Parrots and this is a Horrible Toy for a Dog to learn fetch with.
2nd One Purchased

I bought one of these for my dog at another store and she just loved it....to death. After about 10 months, I had sewn it back together too many times. I was looking for the same one and found it on Chewy. Needless to say, Rosie was ecstatic to have Eddie back. We call him Eddie the Eagle. She carries it everywhere. And the launching capacity on this one is better than the original one. It really flies far.
Great toy for the dog that does not chew

I have a German Shepherd that just loves the flying eagle. The only problem is she loves to chew and play tug a war but the Eagle is made of Nylon so it is no match her. Even full of holes she will chase it down
would be nice to last more than a few minutes

Launched it less than a dozen times and the whole head and rubber piece separated from the body.

My dog loves to chase this, however, the material is not great quality. I have already had to sew this back twice.
