Is the color on these balls non toxic?
Answer by ChewyAug 28, 2019
All the materials in this tennis ball are non-toxic.

How do the large balls compare to a regular tennis ball in size?
Answer by ChewyAug 02, 2019
These tennis balls are approximately ½ an inch larger in diameter than a standard tennis ball.

Is the small size okay for a dachshund? Also is it hard to tear up?
Answer by ChewyApr 12, 2021
The small ball toy has a diameter of 2 inches and is recommended for small breeds. Every dog plays differently and, since not all toys are created equal, it’s always best to keep a close watch on your pup in case things get ruff. Supervised play will help toys last longer and most importantly keep your pal safe. No dog toy is truly indestructible, so always remove the toy from playtime if pieces begin to break off.

do these balls squeak
Answer by ChewyMar 26, 2021

Balls that can withstand a Frenchie

Open the package as soon as it was delivered. Our 10 month old Frenchie had the squeaker already out in less than 5 minutes. After 5 more minutes the ball was completely destroyed. Do not buy these. Waste of money.

It took her 3 hours to totally destroy

My puppy loves balls ! And she loved these! The only problem is she was able to peel each layer off and get to the soft plastic center and tear it apart! This took about 3 hours.

spunky balls

My dog has demolished these 3 balls within a couple of weeks. Not a good value if your dog chews.

Low ball Low ball

Our 45 lb Bernadoodle loves to run with tennis balls, especially if they squeak. The Spunky Pup brand looked like a great deal. But they are very firm, thus almost impossible to get to squeak. And if your dog likes to chew, they’ll be destroyed on the first romp. Our Teddy ate into the fabric cover and punctured a hole in the first ball in under 10 minutes. So disappointing.

My dogs love them

Tennis balls, especially squeaky ones, are a big favorite with my dogs. Although my dogs prefer the smaller size, this larger size prevents my "ball hog" from being able to steal from the other dogs. *Remember to never let your dog disassemble rubber toys. Swallowed pieces can cause obstruction and toxicity.

Not the same

Bought these a month ago because we couldn’t get our mini doodle’s favorite ball, and we all know how doodle’s love ball’s! She took to them right away; thus, we figured we would get more until the Frisco brand was back in stock. We ordered (3) more batches and not only are they smaller than the original ones, they are harder and barely squeak. Now when I mean harder, I stood on one and I could barely get it to squeak nor bend. It reminds me of a handball when you bounce it. She wants nothing to do with them. It wasn’t just one batch, all three are like that. I’ll donate them, but I really don’t know what dog is going to want to play with them. So disappointed with these.

Not Sturdy/Safe

Our pup had these for abot two days before she was pulling the hide all the way off of them. Not good or safe for strong pups!

Not “Pug” Viable

My pug puppy shredded this in very short order, in one evening of play. She is a “Fetching Pug”, LOL. I needed something small enough for her to be able to pick up. These were the perfect size and she absolutely loved them, they are not durable. Will not buy this brand again.

Terrible waste of money

Terrible! Gave to my dog. Within 5 minutes he had torn about and chewed to pieces. I would not recommend for dogs that like to chew!
