What's the difference between the treat ball and the bento ball?
Answer by ChewyDec 03, 2017
The Starmark Everlasting Treat Ball is designed with flat ends, so it can stand straight up, or roll around on its sides. Starmark Everlasting Bento Balls are designed to wobble while your pet chews on their treats. These ball systems encourage play, which helps reduce anxiety and boredom behaviors while providing hours of playtime.

Im having difficulty getting the treat inside the ball! Any advice? it doesn't seem to fit
Answer by ChewyApr 27, 2018
Inserting the treat at an angle or adding a dab of water around the edge of the treat is recommended. This Toy is also able to be maneuvered so the Treat can fit properly in the toy.

What is the diameter of each size?
Answer by ChewyNov 14, 2017
The Small has a 3 inch diameter. The Medium has a 3 3/4 inch diameter. The Large has a 5 inch diameter.

How do you get an almost used up treat out of the ball?
Answer by ChewyFeb 10, 2022
The treat may be removed in the same method of insertion. It's best to insert or remove at an angle. The toy can also be manipulated in order to remove or insert the treat.

Absolutely best thing

I first bought this toy for my dog, who is a pitweiler. He destroys absolutely everything. He loves this toy and will throw it around and shove half his face in to get to the treat. He will carry it to you and stare, asking for a treat or your soul. I finally had to purchase a new one that got here may 2023. As one of the flaps had finally broken down enough to tear, I definitely got my monies worth in about 4 years of having it.

This is so great. I got the medium and at first I thought it was way too big for my 4 month old pup. Still I put it down for him to smell and no interaction. Then I put a few treats inside and he started to get curious. Ten minutes later he’s throwing it around getting the treats out. An hour later he’s still licking and chewing away at the ball. Because of this ball today was the first day I took a shower without him sleeping by the door.

Definitely not everlasting

At first this thing was amazing and held my Vizlas' attention for a good few hours. However, the edge around the treat weakens quickly after that. Then it becomes possible for the dog to quickly pop the whole treat disc out. I have also had the treat discs crack in half while in the holder, which means they pop right out and get eaten quickly. Overall it's disappointing since it doesn't really work for more than 10 minutes without failing now.

Best thing ever!

Our Brittany puppy has spent hours at a time and we are into the 3rd week and still on the first treat insert. He seems to love it!

Came apart in large chunks after one play session

Not everlasting, not lasting an hour. My dog must be a strong chewer, as she is tearing chunks out of the ball during the first play session.

Starmark Everlasting treat ball

My dog love this! She carries it around and plays even when she is done with the treat.

Does not last long with power chewers

My dogs ate the whole "everlasting" chew in less than 15 minutes

Excellent babysitter

This toy is absolutely amazing. Chewy recommended it to me after they found out how much of a heavy chewer I had. This toy has kept my pup busy and happy for hours on end. He takes it with him everywhere he goes.

Durable Chews

Sylvia is our chewer, and she has the ability to remove one of those treat balls within a half hour. The smaller holder won't even keep a ball inside one for even the thirty minutes, but the bigger holder keeps flipping over between her paws. Super funny to watch, but at least she doesn't eat the thing quite as quickly!

Lasted 3 hours, but was a nice three hours

So, it was delivered this morning at 10:45am. My dog, absolutely, loved it and for three hours straight just chewed on the thing. But, by 1:45pm the entire treat portion was gone. It’d be nice if it came with a refill because my dog loved it and it was a great distraction while I worked.
