Any suggestions on how to make inserting a new refill easier? I have the hardest time.
Answer by ChewyApr 18, 2019
To insert new refills, insert the everlasting treats at an angle, then pull the flexible edge of the toy away and fully push the treat inside.

Will medium Starmark treats fit in the large toy size?
Answer by ChewyJun 15, 2018
It's recommended to use the same size refill treat with the same size toy. For example, the Large size toy should use the Large size refill treat.

Does the ball come with an everlasting treat?

Best Toy ever

I'm a little disappointed in that the treat was gone within a few hours but this is still getting 5 stars as he hasn't yet stopped playing with it. This has replaced over 12 balls that he has obliterated recently due to boredom. He was going thru about a ball every day, day and a half. (Kong tennis balls). He loves this. And no damage. Yahoo.

One of Best Toys for tough chewers

We have a dog that has the superpower for toy destruction, and this is the first 'tough' chew toy that actually held up to its name. While it may not be indestructible for every dog, it is clearly one of the toughest and most durable while still being flexible enough to prevent tooth damage. Our dog will work on this for hours, and completely satisfies his need to chew. Highly recommended.

Not What I Would Call Everlasting

This chew toy seemed like a great idea but it just isn't designed for dogs that are power chewers. I have three dogs: a Presa Canario, Cane Corso, and a maltipoo. I bought two of these for my big doggies to add to the mix of toys we give them after dinner. Unfortunately, our presa demolished her ball to bits in less than 7 minutes. The cane shredded his up in about 15 minutes.

Our Favorite Toy

My dog (45lb cattle dog mix) got this toy for Christmas and absolutely loves it! As soon as we opened it, she went at it for a good 2 hours plus! It has a hard chew, which you can replace once worn down or chewed up, and a section to fill and dispense treats when rolled around. The refill chews are super affordable for how long they last us. A large 2 pack for $6 lasts us a month or longer. There are various flavor options to change it up and keep your dog interested even longer in this toy. MY DOG IS A MODERATE CHEWER! I can see an aggressive chewer destroying the sides of the plastic toy and popping out the chew. If you have a moderate chewer or even a dog that enjoys licking, you have to get this toy. A favorite in our house for sure!

Weird thing

Once the top layer of the treat was worn down(which didn't take long) my little guy lost interest in playing with this unless I was rolling it across the floor for him. There's still most of the everlasting treat inside, but he doesn't bother with it. It's basically a ball now, but it doesn't really work as one since it's only half a sphere. The back side has a small area you can put treats or kibble in, which is nice, but the kibble is so hard to get out that he loses interest in that pretty quickly too. He really enjoys other toys that dispense treats and kibble so this is weird. I tried letting my german shepherd play with this and he licked it a few times and left it alone. He also loves kibble/treat dispensing toys. The toy has a really strong vanilla scent to it, which is sorta pleasant, I guess, but weird. Also it's not solid orange like shown in the pictures. It's bright red and clear. It seems sturdy enough, but my dogs just don't like it that much for what it's supposed to be for.

Not-So-Tough at all

Medium chewer managed to destroy...into little tiny chunks of rubber....2 of these bento balls within an hour while I was in the next room. They are no longer usable and at $15 each I would have expected something slightly more durable, especially given the terms "Everlasting" and "Tough." I have 5 dogs currently, breed and show dogs and buy lots of chews, this product will go on my don't recommend list.

Jackson loves it

My Doberman loves this toy. It seems to last longer than any bully stick or beef cheek I give him. There are a few cracks in the rubber but that is to be expected since nothing is ever indestructible. I’m just happy it is in one piece still. I bought more inserts and also the fire plug and treat ball so I can rotate the dispenser. Very happy. This surprisingly smelled just like a cupcake which is a pleasant surprise and much better than stinky natural chews

Not for our super chewer

The orange part is fine but the "everlasting" treat was pulled out and eaten in less than a day. I seriously worry it's going to plug his GI tract. I was really hopeful but with such a voracious chewer it just didn't work out.

My Pibble love this toy/treat

I originally got this toy for my # 1 son "'Edisto River Freeman". (Chocolate Lab) 100 lbs. But, sadly he crossed the bridge one week after his 13 birthday. I have now adopted a "'Pibble" pit bull, 60 lbs. He loves, love this toy and it is so much safer then some of the other toys as he can chew up things lickety split. He enjoys it so very much and it is a perfect distraction on the day's I bring him to work. Diesel and I love, love this toy/treat. Thank you, Chewy! We love you too!

Not “everlasting”

Dog managed to extract and consume treat in less than an hour. Obviously that wasn’t expected given the name but it seems the dog enjoyed the treat.
