    Great choice for picky eaters with sensitive stomachs.

    This is my very first Chewy review. First I’d like to say that their customer service is the best in the business. I personally had to return multiple dog foods because I have a picky dog with a sensitive stomach, and I can’t speak highly enough of the service I received. I personally had to return multiple dog foods because I have a picky dog with a sensitive stomach, and I can’t speak highly enough of the service I received. Second (this is to all those pawrents with picky eaters and sensitive stomachs), look no further! We have tried five types of kibble (highest quality), two other types of freeze-dried food, and every type of homemade food including fresh delivery by some reputable companies, and every time he either refused to eat or reluctantly ate enough to just survive. We started him on the puppy formula when he was a puppy and now he is on the adult formula. He cleans his bowl every time and it is such relief to see him eat and thrive. His energy level is amazing. We have yet to see a dog that can keep up with him, and his coat is gorgeous. The only thing I’d like to point out is to be careful of the fat content. There has been a rise in issues in dogs (such as pancreatitis) associated with high fat diets ever since feeding raw has become popular. It is VERY important to maintain an active lifestyle for your dog and always look for signs of malaise. The chicken and surf and turf formulas have the least fat content and we alternate between the two. Our only complaint is that different batches have different textures and hardness. Sometimes the patties are pretty hard to break and sometimes they easily turn into powder. We are totally willing to overlook this because our pup loves it regardless. … more

    Freezed dried dog food

    There are really hard round pieces that will not crumble that are dark dark brown in the middle makes me really worried to feed her anything out of this bag so it's $50 down the drain.
