About Stella and Chewy’s
In 1997, Marie Moody adopted a dog named Stella from a local animal shelter. She soon decided that Stella needed a companion and adopted a sick pup named Chewy, who joined the family and helped forge the company’s history. On the advice of a veterinarian, Marie began feeding Chewy a raw diet to help with his health issues. He quickly recovered, and both he and Stella thrived on their new food. The experience led Marie to pursue her passion for pet nutrition and start her own business—Stella & Chewy’s.

Did not like
I was happy to see this deal and that they were smaller. However, my dog didn't like them at all! Refused to eat them
Love these!
My doggos loves these. My one dog has seizures so we give him cbd oil and put it on half of one of these. He just gobbles it right up. Perfect treats.

Pup has everyday treats , so these are only given occasionally as a special treat! Devoured in seconds!
My dog loves these
I have a 13 year old miniature poodle. She would rather eat treats than food. I leave these in a bowl so she can pick at them between meals. They are longer than the other Stella & Chewy's food so I get a kick out of watching her take this long piece in her mouth and carry it someplace else to eat. Today I'm buying two bags, hopefully that will keep her happy for a while.
too pricey.
My bigger dogs liked them. But my little 10# dog who doesn't have many teeth left had a hard time with a small piece. Too much money for what you get.
good ingredients
High quality and natural ingredients. My lab mix loves these treats!
My dog is in heaven
My pup loves these. I use the kibble of this brand to which I wish they sold. But I do get these treats and the mixers on this site. My one dog has bad dental so had to get teeth pulled some treats are to hard. These are like a cheese puff kind of . But made with meat and bones so they have benefits compared to a milk bone. I also break it in half and push his thyroid med in it and he takes it no issues. Also note my pets fur is amazing.
Freeze dried what?
So these treats are freeze dried. But little to no aroma equals no attraction to a particular dog who is picky. My dog took a few sniffs and that was it. Total waste of money. Going to donation. Do not waste any of your money for these treats if your dog is picky. I do not even see how a dog would like these treats.
Doodles eat with dinner
My two Doodles both love Stella & Chewy freezes dried items. If they are being stubborn and won’t eat their dinner I add this to it and they eat it all up. Also they can’t have chicken and they have several flavors that don’t have chicken, so we can mix it up.
