I love freeze dried treats to give to my dog and the liver ones are way more high in fat and other things that I don’t need my fat dog to have all the time. I know that this is an exciting treat to get because it’s a new texture and it’s good to just change things up every now and then. My dogs are food driven so they love snacking and being praised. I loved this container so much because you can get the larger containers that cuts down on plastic waste. I know I’m going to go through treats like crazy and I very much dislike having to buy tiny bags all the time. To some degree we’re paying more for packaging by doing that. So anyways, I love the larger containers of treats and wish there wereI love freeze dried treats to give to my dog and the liver ones are way more high in fat and other things that I don’t need my fat dog to have all the time. So anyways, I love the larger containers of treats and wish there were more options for them like this. This specific product has been out of stock for quite some time so I’m not sure if they’re ever going to come back in stock. *Fingers crossed* I even used this product as a food topper to switch things up every now and then. I’ve gotten this product in boxes in the mail with 30lb food bags set on top of them so of course they’re crushed and Chewy has always helped me out and sent me out a new one. I’m so thankful Chewy makes accidents like that much better by doing the right thing for the customer. I always take pictures of something is wrong so I can show them what went wrong. I’ve even gotten one of these containers not fresh before. Maybe there was a crash in the container or the lid wasn’t sealed correctly but it smelled off. Chewy once again made that right for us. I feel that this company who packages these treats could come up with a more sturdy type of packaging and there would be less problems and less waste. Things do need to travel well in order to reach the consumer. Great product. I wish it would be restocked so I could buy more of them! They’re made in my state so I may try to contact the company directly and see how I can get some or if they aren’t making it anymore.… more

My dog LOVES Stewart Pro-treats. Except for these. When I opened the lid they smelled musty (or such). Since I had never purchased these particular treats I wasn't sure if the processing that caused it or something else. So I decided to see what Shelby thought. She ate them but I must admit it was with none of her usual exuberance. There was about 2/3 or more of the container left when she refused to eat any more of these treats. I ended up throwing away the rest (recycled the container). Waste of money. I will stick with the Stewart treats she loves and not purchase these again.
Fantastic dog treats

We don’t have a dog but my husband loves to give treats to all of the dogs in the neighborhood. As soon as they see him they salivate and sit ( total Pavlovian) these treats are well worth the price and last a long time
Terrible Shipping Practice
on Apr 15, 2020
Item came in LARGE box with crumpled brown paper. Item was on side in corner of box, open, with contents spilled over entire box bottom and mixed into paper padding. Many tiny pieces of freeze dried chicken breast spread thruout. Horrible packing and shipping, even accounting for long shipping delay. Chewy dropped the ball on this shipment.
Love Stewart pro treats

I’m really impressed with Stewart pro treats. I buy the beef liver and the cheese and decided to try the chicken breast...they absolutely love it. I love their products because they are natural and no added ingredients to harm your pups.

I love these little tidbits! Not only do they make great training aids, but also they are a good topper for picky eaters or dogs who get tired of the same food. I use both the chicken and the liver treats.
I only gave it 4
on Mar 11, 2020
My dogs loved the chicken the only reason I gave it four stars was because i found the chicken shredded . I usually cut the treats in half and really couldn't. At the bottom if the container was quite a bit of shredded pieces. Again my dogs love them but I felt I didnt get my money's worth
Chicken treats worth crowing about

These 100% chicken breast freeze-dried dog treats (and their beef liver equivalents) are fabulous for training our four fur babies. No fillers or junk—just tail-wagging, healthy incentives that help train and teach our beasts manners and tricks.

My dog loves these treats. I mix a few in with her food and she
Practically dances until I put her bowl down. Great find for me
Because she's such a picky eater.
Not many whole pieces

I love feeding my dogs pure snacks that aren't a lot of filler and glycerin. About half of the container is crumbled bits, which is ok to use as a food topper for extra flavor or a little incentive, but as treats, I'd prefer more individual pieces. I don't know if it's due to the packaging, handling, or just the fragility of freeze-dried food, but I probably won't buy this online again. Still though, my dogs love this
