Raw Naturals is intended as a treat only in addition to a complete and balanced diet. Provide plenty of fresh water. As with all food products, supervision while feeding is recommended.
The new owners of MiracleCorp appear to have discontinued the Raw Naturals product line. Shame, since our dog will not eat unless we top his food with it. On to another brand I guess.....
I normally buy liver treats. I thought I would try these when they were arrive there were cumbled and shredded and crumbled in the bag on the plus side the dog like them.
My yellow lab goes crazy for these treats. I love how they come in cute little heart shapes! Will definitely be reordering these every month now :)
We have used the Stewart beef and chicken liver treats for years, and thought we’d try something different. However, this bag contained mostly crumbs and a strange looking powder. We fed our 55 lb. AmStaff some of the larger pieces as treats, but the rest could not be picked up. We added some of this to his regular food. He later got sick with vomiting and has had diarrhea for several days. Maybe it was a bad batch. I tossed the bag in the trash so I have no reference for you.
The chicken treats are always crumbled when they arrive. They do not handle the shipping well. Very disappointing. The beef or turkey ones are better.
I love the Stewart brand and their freeze dried chicken recipe makes up the majority of my puppy's diet. I go through a big bag of that every month or so and if you look at my Chewy.com order history you will see that product over and over again. That said, I often shop Stewart's other products (eg: freeze dried liver treats) too because my puppy just love the majority of their products - which is RARE! That is how I came across this product and decided to try, as these were advertised as "treats". I was a little disappointed because these seem to be practically the same product as the chicken recipe that my puppy eats for dinner, so it did not feel like "treats" for him. The shape and texture were the same, and possibly even the ingredients. These also seem to end up costing more so I will no longer be purchasing these to be used as "treats". Aside from that, this is a good product. It just did not work for us personally because it is too similar to their other product and the fact that my puppy did not see these as a tasty treat, but more of their meal time food. This product however, will be very popular with your pet if you usually feed them kibble or wet food - they will definitely see these as tasty treats.
I purchased these and the Beef ones for my pup. He really liked them but the Chicken flavor were mostly broken up in the bag so it was difficult to use them as treats. I opened the beef ones first and just opened the chicken ones last night. He really likes them though!
Luka loves his Stewart freeze-dried treats. Because he’s on a raw food program, I thought I’d try this healthy raw version. He’s extremely finicky about treats - usually declines the ones listed as ‘healthy’ - but he really likes these. I like them because they’re a uniform size & shape, unlike the Stewart freeze-dried white chicken or beef, which offers a few large pieces surrounded by a container of useless flakes. So we’re both happy.
Dogs like it as a treat and in their food and I don't know why reviews need to be 50 characters long this is worse than writing a 500 word essay in grade school
I was hoping this would be good for my dogs. Not one, but all 5 dogs got diarrhea. I gave this treat to them on 2 different occasions, and each time, they all got diarrhea. I would not recommend.
