Best value for your money!
By Candace on Sep 29, 2020
I compared all of the freeze dried foods available. My main concern when comparing them is how many ounces I could get for the price. I have a large German shepherd/lab mix (95 pounds) and a Australian cattle dog (32 pounds). Its hard to find freeze dried food that will last a longer period of time for both of them but is also the best value and quality for your money. After sifting through pages, and comparing price per ounce of many other brands, Stewarts raw naturals I found gives me the most for my money! Which is wonderful when you own larger dogs. Now they both have their kibble topper and I can give it to them every other day (rather than a handful of times per month). They love Stewart's I compared all of the freeze dried foods available. disappointment
By nancy on Oct 6, 2020
My two little doggies love this freeze dried food that I only use as treats for them. The first two orders of the Stewart Chicken arrrived in good shape and in tact.. The last order of one chicken and one turkey both arrived all crushed and crumbly. I am trying another order of them to give Chewy another chance at shippiing success.

Smells Good to me.
By Gina on Oct 29, 2020
Nice little bites of freeze dried raw. A bit high in fat but otherwise a decent food for active dogs. May be too high in fat for couch.potatos.

I use these as Treats!
By CrinkleCuts on Jun 24, 2020
These make fantastic treats for my dogs. Many dog biscuits or treats have little nutritional value or contain unnecessary fillers, so feeding these with nutritional ingredients is perfect. They’re already shaped like little hearts and are the perfect size.

Half powder half chunks
By Rerun on Jul 13, 2020
Softer then other flavors, so a lot of chunks were disintegrated in bag. Dogs ate it once, then never went back...

My oldies love it !!!
By hairless567 on Mar 4, 2020
I have 3 geriatric furbabies and I felt like that they were needing something to boost them in their old age. I never thought I would feed raw but the freeze dry appealed to me so I tried a bag. My Aussie girl wanted to play but of war for the package when it came. They love the taste. I'm feeding it as a topper. Too expensive to feed as total meal. Have feed over a month now. They look great, have more energy and their coats are getting gorgeous. They didn't look bad before. Definitely would recommend to others

Easy and convenient raw food
By HollyM64 on Nov 8, 2019
Thought I would try something new for our 2 toy fox terrier crosses and 1 chihuahua. I normally feed Vital Essentials, but it is a single protein source food which does not contain any fruits or vegetables. I was looking for a raw turkey food, which was inclusive of a nice range of fruits and veggies and this food contains everything I was looking for. I also appreciate the cost-effectiveness for a raw food and this food is good value for the money. Our dogs all love this food and lick their bowls clean within 30 seconds. I highly recommend this food and give it two enthusiastic paws up!

Animal Crack!
By TerrierTroubles on Oct 4, 2019 Top 100 Contributor
I originally purchased the treats for my dog to add some bone and organ meat to her diet, to my surprise she went totally nuts over the treats. As did my cat, he tore the bag open in the night and they both gobbled up the whole bag. I decided to purchase the food since the treats were enjoyed so much. They both like these dry, my cat gets a couple as a snack (the ingredients won't hurt a cat but probably can't be fed as a stand alone diet) My dog loves to eat this like you would prepare cereal, pour this dry in a bowl and add a little water or goat milk over the top and she loved it! Will purchase again for her food rotation, I hope Stewart Naturals comes out with a version for cats!

MY dogs love Stewart Raw Naturals BEEF
By Love4Paws on Sep 16, 2019
My little girl likes only the Stewart BEEF, not turkey or chicken though. Since the beef was out of stock again I had no choice but to try something else so I picked turkey. I was hoping she’d like it, but it was a definite NO from my finicky girl! I served it several times but she preferred starving to eating it! Over time I’ve tried many kinds of quality brand and type foods on her - Stella & Chewys, Primal, raw, canned, kibble you name it, but the ONLY one she has consistently eaten is Stewart Beef. I have no idea why her druthers and I sure don’t like to mess with success, but I have no choice when the beef is unavailable.

Not dog approved
By Mitch on Oct 23, 2019 Top 1000 Contributor
Great ingredients but for some reason they would not touch this and I have used VE, Primal, Nulo,Stella and Chewy, etc. I don’t know if something in bag is off or they just don’t like. Not expired, but I never give it again if they don’t eat it. So can’t really recommend
