Is this for use in the litter box?

This is suitable for use near litter boxes, cat areas, closets, beds, cages and all home uses. It is not designed to be used directly inside a litter box.

Botched delivery

Don't know if it really takes care of the odors, but I do like the smell. Maybe would enjoy it more if it hadn't come smashed up in the box that was shipped with other items!

Doesn't work

I bought two of these and have them both in my patio where my litter boxes are. They do absolutely nothing to get rid of odor and the fragrance is SO slight that you can't even smell it in a room without litter. I put them in my living room thinking maybe they could just be a freshener. But nothing. You'd be better off buying enzyme odor remover and spraying it like febreeze

Small space

If you clean up the litterbox daily, this will work great. If you go 2-3 days, this probably isn't the right product for you. It doesn't smell strong, so I don't think this is for masking smells.

Didn't seem to do much.

Placed it about 6 or 7 feet from the litterboxes. This jar gave off a scent initially that seemed to counter a fresh poop, but a day or two later and it's back to cats poop, house smells. Our regular litter recently changed something and no longer masks the smell of a "new one" like it used to, which is why I wanted to try this before switching litters, because there are good things about it. But even after opening this jar all the way for max exposure, it doesn't seem to do anything. The room doesn't generally smell any different with this in it than without it. Maybe this is for houses that smell like pee all the time; ours doesn't. But for the time between when the two 16/17-pound drop one and when I scoop it, I just wanted something to counter that because these guys are killing me. I guess this isn't it.

Don’t waste your money!

It does nothing to eliminate odor. It doesn’t even cover it up. I can’t even tell it is open in the room. It sits right beside the litter box and does nothing but take up space.

Fantastic Deodorizer

This product is great! It absorbs the odor from the cat box. It lasts a long time and is well worth the cost.
