To clean pet carrier use warm soapy water and a towel or sponge.
How to select the best size kennel:
- While your dog is standing, measure your dog from the tip of their nose to base of their tail.
- While your dog is sitting or standing, measure your dog from the top of their head to the floor.
- Add 4 inches to determine maximum measurements. Remember, your dog should be able to stand up and turn around while in their kennel.

Not Happy about this crate

The top does not fit tightly, my puppy is able to get out of this crate so I switched it to my older dog thinking he would not jump against it. Well, he can get out of it too. It is very hard to put together and for your dogs to escape it, is very frustrating. Not a happy camper (I didn't even want to give it a star but had to)

We bought these in a hurry to have a safe way to travel with our labs, they worked wonderfully. Easy to put together if you read the instructions, takes a little time. They served a purpose and helped us in a pinch! They were delivered promptly. Thank you chewy.

Not crazy about this crate

For one thing, it was extremely hard to put together and took way longer than it should have. Trying to figure out how the latches attached to the side panels was difficult and the manual that came with the crate was no help at all. The other problem is that the front door panel does not align correctly so that when you close the door, the pin on the top goes into the top pin hole fine, but the pin on the bottom does not go into the bottom pin hole. I've added two photos to demonstrate what I mean.

Sold as an airline complainant pet carrier. However, after several hours of research, airlines require pet containers to be assembled with steel bolts, which this does not. If you are purchasing for crate training ok. But of you are buying for air travel, look elsewhere.

A bit hard to put together

I got this kennel because I thought it would be easy to but it together and when not in use collapse it and keep it in my car (sometimes I need to transport dogs). It was a bit difficult to put together and now that it is there’s no way I can collapse it to put it away. I have a couple of small ones for cats which do collapse and are very handy. I was looking for something like that for dogs. It’s not a bad kennel it’s just not what I needed

not a fold down crarte

I am a dog breeder. I have soft sided crates that fold down as well as wire crates that fold. I was looking for a hard side crate that I could fold down for the van when not in use. This is not it even though the video shows other wise. I can't even get the clips to un snap to start the process. Now if you want a heavy sturdy crate that you could take apart at some time to store it with not a lot of space this is your crate. It is time consuming to put together but the directions are good. Two stars are because of it not folding down.
