Serves the purpose
By Tank on May 1, 2021
I wasn't looking for an expensive house just one for short periods of time in the kennel while we were away for extended periods of time. This house is perfect. Snapped together easy. My dog is an American Foxhound and stands 26 inches tall and weighs 70 pounds and he has plenty of room to walk in and turn around. It is a bit light so we anchored it at the four corners with straps over the roof. Took about 45 minutes to put together.

Suncast doghouse
By Kathy on Mar 8, 2021
I've had this house about 4 years, my dog is a 50 lb American Bulldog mix. The plastic is very thin, my husband put six 1"x 2" pieces of wood inside the frame of the doghouse and bolted the plastic to the wood in the corners. I also bought a Heat-N-Breeze system. The doors ripped off after 3 years and can't find replacements. Stays dry and the roof does detach for easy inside cleaning . We live in the South so we have heavy rains and high winds. Without the wood frame addition inside, it would have blown away. Our trampoline with 3 ground anchors has blown away 3 times!

Not sturdy
By GoatMom on Apr 13, 2021
This house is really cute, just like the picture. But it is not sturdy at all. The material for walls and roof is thinner than I expected, for the price I paid. It would probably work for calm, well behaved dogs just to get out of the sun or rain.

Great doghouse
By dogmom on Apr 21, 2021
Our standard poodle puppy loves this house, I put it together in about 15 minutes. It is made very well, it has an air vent on the top of the back side.

It's cheap
By Sneakypeek on Feb 16, 2021
It's cheap and thin. It works for my needs but you get what you pay for. It's difficult to put together..at least the roof was. If you try to move the house after its put together it will fall apart. The floor popped out. When I tried to fix it the roof popped off. Frustrating. This morning I saw the whole house was askew because it was coming apart. Besides that, the mini pig likes it and keeps him mostly dry. It's fine for a temporary shelter .

Very happy with my purchase
By Alyssa on Feb 21, 2021
This item wasn’t difficult to assemble and I am happy with it. My dog was skeptical of walking through the flaps at first but is getting comfortable with it. I have a blue nose pit who is tall and all muscle, about 100lbs and he has to duck his head to walk in but has plenty of room to move around once inside.

Great shelter
By Lablover on Feb 4, 2021
This house works perfect for my Lab. He loves sleeping in it, keeps him warm on chilly days and dry on rainy days. When the weather is nice he likes to lay half way out and enjoy it. The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because of the assembly, have to be careful and if you are putting it outside be sure to put it together outside.

Serves our purpose
By Marley on Mar 6, 2021
We have two of these dog houses. You have to be careful when assembling it because the pieces are not real sturdy. We keep them on a covered porch and they have held up well. We have a 60lb Boxer and a 77lb Doberman.

Good doghouse for the price
By Pepper on Dec 22, 2020
A lot of what some of these review say is true - the plastic is thin, and the whole thing is lightweight and could be blown away if it's windy, or knocked over if your dog barrels into it. But for the price it's a great doghouse. It went together easily, and easily took a minor modification - we sawed out a small hole to run a cord for a heating pad. We've got an energetic lab, about 60-65 pounds, and so far it's working for her. She does have to duck a tiny bit to get into the door, but I think it's a good thing because it slows her down. She has a lot of room once inside. We put the doghouse in a somewhat protected area under a pavilion and against the house, so it's less of a risk for A lot of what some of these review say is true - the plastic is thin, and the whole thing is lightweight and could be blown away if it's windy, or knocked over if your dog barrels into it. We've also sandwiched it between a couple of shelves, which holds it in place. Pepper immediately knew that the house was hers even before it had a roof, and she seems to prefer it to her old house which was made of wood. I like that it's plastic because it will be easier to clean than the wood. … more

Large dog house
By Dixonmom on Mar 22, 2021
Although I couldn't put together by myself, it went together well with a helper. It is lovely and fits my two small dogs perfectly. I wish I had bought one sooner.
