Description

Add an all-natural feel to your tank with SunGrow Cholla Wood Aquarium, Hermit Crab & Terrarium Driftwood. Derived from the dried husk of a Cholla cactus, this thorn-free log serves as a chew toy for reptiles, fish and other small pets. It is a food source that shrimps feed on and is popular among shrimps, fry, fishes, pleco and hermit crabs as the holes provide hiding spots for the smaller breeds after they molt or when they are feeling vulnerable. Before placing this log in your pet's aquarium, it's recommended to rinse it with fresh water and a bag of activated carbon, even after boiling or soaking.

    Hermie Likes Them

By BriannaC on Apr 2, 2021

I’ll admit that I was skeptical at first since they’re just pieces of wood. But my hermit crabs like them, and that’s what counts. They love to climb and play on these.

    Just what I wanted

By Mars on Feb 9, 2021

I needed driftwood to decorate my leopard geckos aquarium just to give it a more natural look plus give them things to climb and these are perfect. Only warning I'd give is if you have a reptile and feed them mealworms and they escape their food dish they will hide in the logs holes which will not be fun for squirmish owners.

    FINE FOR LEOS2

    By Damascus7 on Apr 17, 2021

I bought a pack for my leo to climb on and he loves it. I would suggest that you gecko lovers buy some for your geckos.

    Hermit crabs love these!

By Jnlmhny on Jan 16, 2021

I love these. They are just like the colorful plastic climbing branches they sell but these are made of wood, AND you get 3 of them for around the same price as one of those. They haven’t got any mold on them yet, but I’m sure they will since most wood items I put in there do because of the humidity levels. But I definitely would recommend these!

    Great for Hermit Crabs

By SLMorrissey on Jan 13, 2021

Our hermit crabs love climbing on the driftwood. We had a plastic one which seemed odd, so I bought this and they prefer natural wood. I do not blame them!

    they’re smaller than I thought

By haley on Dec 30, 2020

They’re smaller than I expected, and they’re more for hamsters than my bearded dragon. That’s okay, they’re still cute and I can still add them into the decor.

These were smaller than I pictured, but they will do for my craft project.

    Love them!

By DebbieC on Aug 4, 2020

Initially bought this set of logs because they will complement the rustic theme of my terrarium. Upon receiving the package, I rinsed, boiled in saltwater and sun-dried before adding them into the tank. My terrarium looks so much better now! Adding these made it look so aesthetically appealing. My hermit crabs also love climbing up and down and would hide underneath when they feel like resting. This additional accessory also created a mini playground for them and I am so happy with the purchase.

    Beyond Beautiful

By Rajthilak on Jul 25, 2020

I figured this will look good on my newly set-up crabitat so I purchased and it did not disappoint! It added a sense of realistic appeal and most importantly, my hermies love climbing on these pieces of woods. Additionally, I have also discovered that they would also chew the logs and would even hide if they feel like resting. All in all, a good buy because of so many functions it can do for my pets.

    Took forever to sink

By lapi on Oct 10, 2020

These did take several days to sink, and I had to scrub them off because they became slimey, but otherwise super great little logs! Shrimp and snail love climbing on them
