Cute coconut house for Beta fish
By BubbyLee on Jan 23, 2021
This house is great for my Beta fish. Our Beta likes to sleep in there too! The coconut house is natural so I don’t have to worry about my water being contaminated with toxic chemicals and hurt my fish. It is a pretty good size coconut so if you have a 1 gallon tank it will fit but barely! Also if you have a 1 gallon tank please consider upgrading to something larger some of the 1 gallon tanks filtration is too strong and exhaust your Beta fish. This picture is of our Beta in a five gallon tank with some live plants.

Cute piece in the aquarium
By Steph on Jan 20, 2021
This is a really cute and all-natural addition to my aquarium. It provides a nice hiding place for the fish and shrimps from our giant turtle :) Lovely to look at too!

FINALLY A NON-TOXIC PIECE FOR MY BETTA!!
By RabbitFamily on Nov 3, 2020
I ABSOLUTELY LOVE this addition to my aquarium! Finally no more plastic, toxin-releasing hideouts for my fish! I no longer have to worry about leaving plastic ornaments in the water too long that harm my fish. My BETA LOVES to swim in and out of it and use it as a hideout cave. Really adds a NATURAL WONDER to the landscape, and I get compliments on it every time someone comes over. SO COOL!!

Cute hideout
By Jess on Nov 28, 2020
My betta loves this coconut home. Only thing keeping it from five stars is that it is a more shallow slice of coconut shell than what is shown. Meaning it takes up more floor space and the entrance is fairly shallow. Otherwise pretty cute little addition to an aquarium.

Betta loves it

My betta loves this new edition to the tank. Gives him more hiding options and he's a happier fish.

Great decor for tank
By kinsley209 on Jan 22, 2021
It is a great for fish because it is real and it doesn’t shed into the tank and doesn’t change the color of the water

Beta decor

The coconut. Hide for the beta fish is not good for the beta fish because get there head stuck and can't get out try help them. Get out . it cause beta fish to die because there head is stuck and can't come to the top to get air I would not recommend it at all for any beta or any other fish it should be pulled because it's danergous for the beta fish or any other fish.

Had to drill the top hole bigger and boil it a few times to remove the tannins but it is a cave.

It was cracked on the top when I opened it. It feels like it’s decent quality. Just broken :(

Not for smaller fish!
By Jennzoo on Aug 23, 2020
I got this for our family's newest Betta fish. The very first night I found him with his little head in the open hole on the top. I worried that he might be stuck but he had been enjoying poking his grumpy little pout out from a bunch of different places. In the morning I was horrified to discover that he was still there. I had to cut it open with wire nippers. Hopefully he'll make it but he lost a patch of scales on his back in his struggles to get free and he's pretty wiped out from struggling and shock. To be fair, we had the same thing for our previous Betta who was older and bigger when we got him and this wasn't a problem. That guy wasn't really interested in it at all though (but I got this for our family's newest Betta fish. The very first night I found him with his little head in the open hole on the top.
