Great filter

Picked up this filter after my 50gal tank was having major issues with cloudiness and PH. Within 24hrs the tank was clean and clear. Was really impressed with how it has been holding up over the months. Was a little hard to get started at first. Took some time to prime but not a headache. Cleaning is a little difficult but that's because off all the filter pods. I would recommend this filter.

I've only been running this filter for a little over a week, but so far I have been impressed. I don't think the rated GPH is as much as claimed, but that does not mean that the filter doesn't move a large amount of water, because it does. It's extremely quiet and looks really nice. My unit did arrive with a few scratches on top, but it looked like this may have came during actual boxing of the product. It's built really well, though I do have two small complaints. The first is the handles on the media baskets are really fragile. Second is that the hose provided is extremely stiff. It take a few tries to get positioned just right. I didn't reduce any stars for that, simply because I don't believe I've only been running this filter for a little over a week, but so far I have been impressed. Excellent Filter

I'm quite impressed with how just about 'silent' this canister filter is. Excellent capacity unit, great, fully adjustable out flow. I ended up purchasing another it's just a lot of good filter for the price, I think you'll be impressed to!

Very nice filter. It will leak eventually as do most Sunsun filters.
