Every effort is made to purchase US ingredients, but on occasion it is necessary to import ingredients. These ingredients must meet all FDA, USDA & State Regulations. In addition it's required that they meet the ingredient specifications that they have set for that material, and they require strict inspection and testing prior to receiving any imported ingredient. While there are some components in their Vitamin & Mineral premix that originate from other countries (Vitamin B6 and Folic acid are only available from China). These vitamins and minerals are thoroughly tested to ensure their safety. The safety and quality of the pet foods produced is top priority and they continually monitor and test both ingredients and finished products to ensure a healthy and safe product is being provided.

Good grain free cat food

The one star is for Chewy. I think it is a good company, with great employees. Supreme source is a good grain free cat food. The four missing stars are for price. Three years ago I could buy 20 lbs of this food for $18.99. The 11 pound bag of Supreme Source grain free chicken cat food I bought last month cost $50 with tax, and 20 lb bags are not available. I can only assume that if they were the cost would be $100. :(

Size/shape/color changes

Kibble size/shape changed, as well as color after years of no problems. My male cat wasn’t affected, but his sister became *very* sick for 24 hours while it went through her system. Will not be ordering this product/company again. Deeply disappointed, this was terrifying until I figured it out

Cat wouldn't even try this

Trying to find a dry food for my 13 year old cat - Chewy has great varieties so tried this brand. He wouldn't even try it - not sure why but did return item.

Bag of Supremely Good Eats

Holy Cow, do my three kitties go for this! The first Supreme Source formulation I ordered for them was Whitefish Meal & Salmon that was an evidenced go-to for them as I watched with pleasure while they consumed it voraciously. Now this formulation, that is hitting it off with them in even fuller measures, has a host of supreme ingredients for a cat food: organic dried Super Seaweed meal, pomegranates in a special health and longevity blend, poultry fat, Faba beans, spinach etc. -- a naturally simple and supremely healthful recipe. I am sold on these two dry foods for my cats.

Great product!

This dry food is the best! My cat's fur is soft and shiny now. She's 15 years old and after I began feeding her this, she looks and behaves like a much younger cat. I had been having trouble finding this product and when I did it was too expensive to buy. I found it here on Chewy at a great price and they delivered it SO quickly!!

Good for sensitive stomach

My cat has a sensitive stomach and can't digest the popular brands of cat food very well. Every other week I'll find her throw up or poop around the house, but since switching to Supreme Source, she hasn't had those issues. I'm thinking because its grain free and on the healthier side. If it makes my cat happy, I'll stick with this brand. :)

Our 5 cats love it

The cats eat it with great enthusiasm and I can see that they really enjoy it. I love it too because of the ingredients, so it's a win-win situation at our home. I will now be getting automatic shipments of Supreme Source from Chewy.

Great Product

I have a big boy who would eat all day if I let him. He has digestive issues and would not tolerate most diet dry foods we tried. Then we found this and it’s the ONLY food he can eat. Priced well & always delivers promptly!
