very frustrating

Purchased this cat tower, finally it arrived(not within the shipping time it was supposed to). Spent about an hour and a half TRYING to put it together, discovering that the one pole piece has no threads and that’s why no screw could go in it. I’ll also ad that nothing is labeled, all you have is the size chart in the instructions but no actual way to know exactly what piece is which. Chewy is supposed to send me another one that I’m hoping is made correctly but definitely buy at your own risk that you’ll never get it assembled.
