Used as intended, I have gotten a lot of use out of this bracelet -- so much so that I ordered another 4 piece set! I bought this more than a year ago, and it has held up through several litters of puppies that I have fostered for my local shelter. It is not intended to protect your arm from a bite, nor is it to be used as a chew toy without direct supervision. Rather, I keep it on my wrist and pull it off to offer a nipping puppy when we are outside or somewhere where I don't have another toy right at hand. I often sit down in my yard, for example, while the puppies are playing, and one will wander over to my lap. Sometimes they are just looking for comfort and a little scratch on the head, but other times someone wants to play with me, and that is when I take off the bracelet and offer it to them, or put it between my hand and the tiny shark teeth! It gives me a chance to redirect the behavior (biting is totally normal for puppies!) until I can get a better chew toy for them or they decide I am not that fun to play "bite" with and choose something else to do.
My puppy is 11 weeks old and has the tiniest teeth known to man. Chewed on it supervised for 5 minutes and a minute of tug of war with his tiny little face and this thing broke apart in multiple places- dangerous and unusable! He hasn’t destroyed a single other toy and some he has been left to chew on for hours. This is overpriced trash. Don’t buy it
My puppy is not a tough chewer at all. She has MANY toys. This is the only toy she completely tore apart in less than ten minutes. Went right in the trash. Save your money.
This toy lasted all but 5 minutes. My puppy destroyed it.
This didn’t last a day it is very soft silicone and my dogs liked it but ripped it up into bite size pieces witch they could have swallowed. Waste of 10$!!!
This was for my 3 month old puppy. He was really excited about the toy and went straight to chewing. The toy didn't withstand more than 10 minutes of puppy teeth. I wish I could say I was joking, but as soon as I saw the crack in the toy, I laughed. I was debating whether to get the puppy version or the chunky version. Maybe the other version will be sturdier? I'll give it a try but am not optimistic.
My puppy is teething like crazy and we have toys all over the house. I thought this would be a good idea as something to distract him when we’re not home and he wants to chew. Lasted him 8 seconds and tore it right off my wrist. Don’t waste your money. Small fit as well
This has been a wonderful tool for teething for puppies! I am really in love with it. It’s easy to redirect them and it’s just the right texture. Would highly recommend for teething puppies.
This material was much softer and not at all strong like I anticipated. It took my 2.5 m/o puppy’s razor sharp teeth less than 5 minutes to demolish it. I’m glad I didn’t spend $30 on the 4 pack. I recommend just buying some cheap baby teething rings at the grocery store for the same use.
Well, the puppy wasn't interested. But the older dog will chase it if you roll it. But not very long.
