We were giving the dogs the Bison and Venison Taste of the Wild for several years and they liked it. They are old dogs now and I needed to find a food that they would eat more of and I decided to give this flavor a try since it was 5 Star. Their flavor was rated 4.5 Star. They are actually eating more of their food now! This will be a permenant switch.
When I went to order our usual Taste of the Wild - Pine Forest Grain, it was unavailable. So we ordered the Sierra Mountain Grain. So far it is ok, but my dog is older and does best of the Pine Forest Grain. Dissapointed.
My girl had been eating the salmon flavor and I decided to change to lamb; she's not. huge fan, but I think eventually she'll like it
Your organization does a great job with ordering, on time delivery, and very happy representatives. Keep up the good work.
Dogs have allergy to grain and chicken. The Taste of the wild Grain free with lamb dry dog food is the best I found by far for them.
We've tried a lot of fancy human grade foods... Farmers Dog, Stella Chewy, Sundays, list goes on.... my dog is even refusing home-cooked food of chicken and rice at this point! Got me thinking something might be wrong... But then when I offer my dog cat food he eats it all, and poops and pees, so clearly he's fine. I decided to google what dog food tastes like cat food (lol) and found this. I bought it and the first pet to eat this food was my cat (lol). Then my picky dog waited a couple hours and went to town on it! So far so good. :)
Chewy makes it impossible to figure out how to cancel a shipment on their site. I’ve tried three times to figure it out, and I’m at an hour plus of time, next I’ll be googling it. Beyond annoying. Dysfunction by design! No thanks!
Our two dogs really enjoy the taste of wild foods, they really look forward to feeding time.
In researching recommended food for a dog with hypothyroidism Taste of the Wild was the first food that popped up. Giving it a try.
We have always purchased this brand our lab ate it with no issues, but with our recent purchase she has been throwing up and refusing to eat her food. Not sure if the formula has changed or we received a bad batch but we will not continue to purchase this brand.
