Description

Help your dog keep his cool with the TechNiche International Evaporative Cooling Dog Pad. Using advanced HyperKewl technology, it works by “super-charging” his body’s natural cooling process, and this is done with the unique fabric that absorbs and slowly releases water through evaporation—sort of like sweating, only way more effective. And all you have to do is soak the pad in water for one to two minutes, squeeze out the excess, and then enjoy 5 to 10 hours of cooling relief! It can actually cool his temperature by up to 15 degrees, with a convenient indoor/outdoor design.

Key Benefits
  • Dog cooling pad is an ultra-effective way and economical way to cool your pet.
  • Uses HyperKewl technology to keep your dog cool on hot days after he runs and plays.
  • Can be used indoors or outdoors; perfect for the crate, backyard, on top of his bed or alone.
  • Comfortable, quilted nylon outer with HyperKewl fabric inner, waterproof nylon liner and black poly-cotton trim.
  • Provides up to 5 to 10 hours of cooling relief per soaking, without getting him wet!

    Cooling pad

By Oregongma on Jun 16, 2021

The cooling pad leaked water all over my wood floors. I even put covers on them and they still leaked. Was not happy with them. Chewy gave me a refund on they and I donated them to a dog shelter.

By Abbey on May 31, 2021

Love this. I fold it and it fits in his carrier. I live in the southwest and it is hot. This keeps my dog cool.

    My Layla hates it

By Layla on Jun 22, 2020

I bought this for my Layla for the heat because she loves ice cubes and for me to rub her with an ice pack. I got it wet and put in my freezer for a little bit. I just put it on a towel and showed it to her. She smelled it, pawed it then went under my bed and would not come out. So this wasn't a good idea for my Layla

    Has to be really wet

    By Karlee222 on Jun 11, 2020

I was thinking this would be a gel technology and would absorb the water and stay cool but it doesn't. In order to be cool it has to be actively wet and I do not mean damp- wet. I would not recommend if you do not want your dog getting damp- and in turn when he walks away after being on it he leaves wet/damp paw prints around

    Didn't work out

By BamaSue on Aug 17, 2019

My dog used this pad once. Every time after that when I put it out over her favorite spot to lay, she would drag it out of the way and ignore it. I don't blame her. The thing always held too much water. Even when I tried to squeeze it out a little, it was sopping wet. And every time I handled it, it left a slick, sort of slimy feel on my hands. I didn't enjoy the experience and neither did my dog. This pad was a waste of money for me. I wish I could have returned it.

    Cooling mat

By MrCoop on Jul 16, 2019

I bought this mat to help keep my dog cool. However, he won't lay on it. I think it feels great when I step on it. So since he won't lay on it today we placed it on top of him. He stayed with it on him for a while.

    Eh, okay..

By Erin on Jun 24, 2019

Got this for the summer, after walks. It's not terrible but it takes a little more effort than I was expecting to get it covered with water to actually be useful. I'm not sure it's worth it with other products having a cooling component without the addition of water.

    Wet mat not cooling

By Erinb on Jun 2, 2019

This mat appears gray in the pictures and shows up blue. I also didn’t realize that you have to get the mat wet in order for the cooling process to begin. Don’t like getting my outdoor carpet wet for this. Dogs aren’t a fan either. Don’t waste the money.
