Feed 10-12 treats per 10 pounds of cat daily as a treat or snack. If fed as a main meal, 1/4 cup of Temptations treats can replace 1/4 of Whiskas Meaty Selections food for cat. Provide fresh drinking water at all times.

These treats only use natural flavoring and can even be fed as a complete diet if the feeding guidelines are followed.

My cats prefer catnip flavor over chicken

Temptations are the only brand of treats my cats will eat. However, they have a preference to the catnip flavor. Beef is ok, tuna is tolerated, and chicken flavor is ok to be eaten but not with the frenzy my cats make for catnip flavor. When I give my 9 cats Temptations, I first must put my German Shepherds outside. Once I grab the container of these treats my cats start a feeding frenzy you'd expect when feeding piranhas. The floor looks like it's moving. Things get knocked over. They fight. When it's any flavor but catnip, the brats look at me like they're disappointed but they eat them. I love that this particular item comes in a 42 oz bag instead if those flimsy plastic containers. I'm thinking of adding some dried catnip to the bag of chicken flavor to see if this makes them happy.

what's not to love?

What can I say? My cats love these things. I use them to (try to) train my cats, my kids use them to make friends with the cats. These treats have been the only thing very sick cats would eat at times, so you could even say they've saved lives at my house. We love them (in moderation, of course)!

What Happened?

I am an avid cat fan. For years, Temptations has been my go to treat for my furry friends. Suddenly, I bring out the treats and they walk away. Something changed in the recipe apparently and my cats turn their noses up. all I can say is I am going from ordering 2 of the largest sizes monthly, to canceling my order. I have 5 cats and not one of them gets excited about them.

Yum!

My personal cats love Temptations; however, I found out recently that my friend who takes care of a colony of kitties gives them treats every so often in addition to wet food and kibble. I saw that these were on sale and added 2 tubs to my monthly order, so they can have treats a little more often.

They go crazy for this!

Ok, I got this with the special promotion price. Thought I would give it to one of my cats that would nag me for a treat. The problem was that there wasn’t enough to go around. The other cats heard the bag being torn open, so they charged to get their portion. It was all gone in the snap of a finger. And that included, pushing, hissing, and the “get away from my stuff” growl. So don’t get the smallest package. They won’t forgive you,

My Kittens LOVE these

Got these for free during a promotional period when I bought dry food and thought I would give it a try. BOY my kittens went crazy for these treats. I was shocked as before they hated the cheaper treats and only wanted the soft Blue Buffalo treats (they spoiled okay). But with these ones I had to hide the bag from one of my kittens as he learned how to open up our cupboard door and tried stealing the whole bag lol. I highly recommend this particular brand and flavor for your furbabies :)

Crazzy cat

I like the package this comes in - much more convient than the pouches, and more economical. The cat likes these treats so much that he defends his bowl from the dog when its got Temptations in there. Of course, a 15 lb orange tabby has opinions. And his loss of mind is only temporary.

Cute label!

I got a small bag of these free in a promotion. My 3 fur babies are stuck on Friskies treats so I gave them to my fur niece and nephews. They love them. The labels on the Tempations treats are so cute.

All my feline kids love these!

It took a while, but my 2 year old kittens/cats now look forward to getting the chicken flavor. My 6 year old and 18+ year old love the seafood flavors. They look forward to their daily treats.

Best treats

My cat loves the temptation treats and the container that it comes in is also great because it keeps the treats fresh and crunchy just the way my cat loves them and yes I would recommend the temptation treats to my other friends who have cats
