    loved by my two kitties

    By on

Before giving to my two 'boys' (two 8 month old kitties) their stools were very hard and they seemed to be more and more sluggish. I tried several foods but until I put them on Tender and True 'organic' their stools remained hard and small amount. They do drink lots of 'purified water.' Within a week of them eating this food their stools softened with larger amounts and they have more energy.

Hooray for humanely raised kitty health food

    By on

With all the commercial foods and their appetite stimulants and scientifically designed temptations, it's difficult to get my kitties to stop eating. I'm transitioning to this food with all the nutrition they need for their twice daily feedings. Health food to keep my four kitties healthy! It's the only humanely raised food I know. My wish is a humanely raised food that includes a balance of real vegetables/fruit instead of so many individually added "nutrients". A real food should be complete (or nearly so) in and of itself.

    Amazing food for cat

    By on

My cat loves this food and it smells pretty fresh. Like fresh fish. I thought transitioning to an organic life for my cat would be hard but this was my first pick and no problems

    Healthy pet food

    By on

I ordered this, replacing 2 other brands that were in question by Susan Thixton, animal food activist. This is organic, the cats like it, and I feel better feeding it to my furries. It doesn't claim to be human grade. which is a negative, but I haven't found a human grade dry food yet.

    Cats really like it!

    By on

Bought this brand because of the quality, organic ingredients. Fortunately, both our cats really like it and go crazy whenever I put some in their feeder. Kibble is quite small, but they chew it. Will continue buying this brand.

Its good for you. Eat it.

    By on

None of our three types of indoor domestic cats pounce for joy about it (like many kids don't jump for joy for veggies), but they eat it when they're hungry and this Cat Mama thinks it's healthier then their previous junk food, so they're getting it. ;)

All my cats are eating it

    By on

My three cats, who can be very finicky of course, all accepted this food. They aren't jumping up and down going wild about it, but at least they eat it, especially when I mix it with my other brand. The only thing I don't like about it is the teeny size pieces. The cats have a hard time chewing them and mostly just swallow them whole.

    Excellent cat food

    By on

I have 2 cats with long hair that both eat dry food. Since I have switched foods for them there has been less hair balls! Yay me! My boy cat has also more active than before. I’m very pleased

    Happy With This Food

    By on

I prefer to feed my cats organic raw food thats all meat, innards, and bone, but I had to change their diet and needed to add some hard food to that diet. I'm quite pleased with this. I'm okay with the ingredient list. My cat who is an extremely picky eater eats it. For my over weight cat I use it on one of the food dispensing balls that she has to kick around. For being dry, processed food, I'm extremely happy with it.

Unfortunately my cats would not eat

    By on

I was excited to find an organic dry food, but my cats - all five - wouldn't touch it. They love dry food in general (I feed as much canned/raw first as I can, but they will only eat so much of it, not enough, so I supplement w/dry). I gave it to a co-worker and her cat is eating it, so for whatever odd reason, mine just didn't care for it.
