Its good for you. Eat it.

By CatMaMa on Jun 3, 2019

None of our three types of indoor domestic cats pounce for joy about it (like many kids don't jump for joy for veggies), but they eat it when they're hungry and this Cat Mama thinks it's healthier then their previous junk food, so they're getting it. ;)

Unfortunately my cats would not eat

By Catnip on Jan 31, 2019

I was excited to find an organic dry food, but my cats - all five - wouldn't touch it. They love dry food in general (I feed as much canned/raw first as I can, but they will only eat so much of it, not enough, so I supplement w/dry). I gave it to a co-worker and her cat is eating it, so for whatever I was excited to find an organic dry food, but my cats - all five - wouldn't touch it. Excellent cat food

I have 2 cats with long hair that both eat dry food. Since I have switched foods for them there has been less hair balls! Yay me! My boy cat has also more active than before. I’m very pleased

    Happy With This Food

    By on

I prefer to feed my cats organic raw food thats all meat, innards, and bone, but I had to change their diet and needed to add some hard food to that diet. I'm quite pleased with this. I'm okay with the ingredient list. My cat who is an extremely picky eater eats it. For my over weight cat I use it on one of the food dispensing balls that she has to kick around. For being dry, processed food, I'm extremely happy with it.

    SO glad to find T&T!

    By on

After year long struggle to find GMO-free cat food in my area, came to CHEWY & found Tender & True. Glad to be supporting what looks like a true small business & my cat immediately Enthusiastically GOBBLED after refusing to eat another "premium" food given us after 2 other cats refused it. I've read animals won't eat GM feed, curious to see. A little anxiety over time to receive order, but now I know to plan that Chewy's fast stated shipping times seem to be when order goes out & doesn't include shipping time. Phone help quick, gracious & comprehensive. So pleased, have set up regular shipments. Thank you Chewy for sourcing specialty, hard to find items & T&T for being here!

    Paws Up from our Felines

    By on

Very glad to find this food! We had been feeding Organix for about seven years, but in the last year the formulas seem to have changed, smaller kibble, very dry looking, and no longer appealing to our cats. So we were delighted to try Tender and True and discover that our cats (four out of five) love it (two even lick their chops in anticipation when seeing the bag). I am also thrilled reading that the food is organic certified by the highest standard (Oregon Tilth). And a deffinite bonus that it’s not as expensive as other high quality food. Very grateful to have this option that I feel good about and the cats so enjoy!

    Healthy & Yummy

    By on

I always rotate my boys dry food so that we are never dependent on any one brand. They both took to this right off ... sniffed the bowl and dug in. Besides a great organic ingredient list - a real bonus is the size of the kibble. The pieces are nice and small and this really helps keep the food down. (My one cat eats so fast that I've had vomit issues with kibble that is too large... the smaller size pretty much solves this problem.) I'm always on the hunt to find something that they both equally love and I'm happy to have found another kibble to add to my boys list of favorites.

Best Cat Food On The Market! The New High Standard!!

    By on

Been using this for a year now. If your cats are used to eating bad food, they probably won't like this super food, I imagine it's easier for cats already used to grain-free, lower sodium and higher quality organic ingredients to transition to this. This is the next step up if you're tired of Castor and Pollux (Now owned by Purina) or Newman's Own or a handful of other Organic certified producers. This is a HUGE step up and a wonderful source of nutrition for your cat(s) if you're looking to improve their health and get them off of poor quality, unethically produced food, but you may have to slowly transition your cat(s), mixing it in with the old food! Also this company is NOT owned by Purina Been using this for a year now. My cats said no.

This food is organic and contains excellent ingredients. Unfortunately, none of my cats wanted to eat it. I still think It is worth it to try it. If your cats like it, it is a great choice.

We love this certified organic food and our 13 year old cat came off a lifetime of Iams and loved it immediately. Can tell she’s feeling more frisky and healthy in general!

    MIX WITH HOT WATER

    By on

Since kibble is not the ideal food for cats because it's harder to digest I mix this kibble with hot water and a little grain-free canned food in my cat loves it that way. He laps moist the juices first and then digs into the rest. He's never been healthier, his coats never been shinier, and his digestion is exactly as it should be. Highly recommend this food
