Tender & True organic turkey & liver recipe grain free dog food. I wanted my dogs to eat healthy and this is excellent. Also, both dogs have to like to eat this. Thankfully they both love this flavor, they can be very picky. This one is a winner.

  • GREAT DOG FOOD FOR OUR 7 YR OLD PUP

The people at Chewy have been very helpful since we got our fur baby almost 7 years ago. We had to change our pup's dog food again - ugh. However, once again Chewy came through for us. Tender & True Organic Turkey & Liver Grain-Free Dry dog food has been very easy for G to transition to from his former food. It has all the nutrients he needs, he loves it, and didn't have any tummy problems at all as we gradually introduced the new food into his diet. G is a 14 pound, happy, healthy, playful 7 year old pup with tons of energy loving his new Tender & True Dry Organic Dry Dog Food. Thanks Chewy..

  • Great organic dry dog food

I think this is the best dry organic dog food out there. I was feeding my dog Organix, but they are now owned by Nestle-Purina so I decided to try this. Both my dogs like this better than the Organix, so I'm going to stick with it!

I love Chewy.com..but can't say much good about Tender & True GMO free/Organic dog kibble. Once again the commercial pet food industry has duped consumers. This food has no grains ,everything is organic and it is made in the USA. How perfect, right? I don't think so.. It is 'assembled' in the USA from ingredients of dried peas , garbanzo beans, tapioca and potato starch. The peas and beans are plant based sources of protein adding to the overall protein content that the consumer assumes to be meat protein. The potato starch and tapioca are binders needed to form 'kibble'. Ok fine..but the addition of tapioca from the Cassava plant makes me realize parts of this food are outsourced to other countries I love Chewy.com..but can't say much good about Tender & True GMO free/Organic dog kibble. Cassava/aka tapioca is a tropical plant ,not grown in the USA. Perhaps, I am wrong and Tender and True does raise their own Cassava plants here in the USA and then they process the roots into tapioca. But. I rather doubt that. So, to me this food is made like all other pet foods : some ingredients are outsourced from other countries then 'assembled' in the USA. To me this product is overpriced and over rated. I won't buy it again. … more

  • TRULY ORGANIC!

    By on

Don't let the other foods deceive you, most of them are not really organic. Especially the meat source which is actIually the most integral aspect to be organic. Look for the USDA seal to make sure you are getting a truly organic product unlike Organix, etc.
