Finally healthy food that my cats love and don't throw up!
By Lynziggy on Feb 5, 2021
I have really finicky cats (like most people have!), one of my Tonkanese cats has no tummy issues, but her sister has a very sensitive tummy and vomits, I even give her cat enzymes to help with digestion. I've tried different organic wet and dry cat food and Lazuli (sensitive tummy) will either throw it up or Sapphire (not sensitive) just sniffs it and walks away. Tender and True is one of the first cat food products that they both love to eat and Lazuli doesn't throw it up!! Hallelujah!! They love the chicken and I took a chance and got the salmon and sweet potato and to my pleasant surprise, they love that too! I primarily feed them the wet version of both flavors, but give them the dry version I have really finicky cats (like most people have!), one of my Tonkanese cats has no tummy issues, but her sister has a very sensitive tummy and vomits, I even give her cat enzymes to help with digestion. Wanted to help bump up the ratings on here because my cat and I love this food! I've been feeding my cat different flavors of Tender & True dry foods for most of his life and he is almost 6 years old and is very healthy and active! I also give him Tender & True wet food on occasion and he LOVES it! I love that their products are made with humanely raised animals.

My cats don't like this one
By Kristen on Mar 9, 2020
I have one fairly picky baby but the other two will eat almost anything. In fact one of my cats was a former stray and she will literally find anything edible in the house... But she won't even eat this food. Definitely taking this out of rotation.

Our cat loves this!
By Frecks on Apr 19, 2020
She gobbles it up. And I love the real food ingredient list. We buy organic for ourselves and it's great to be able to give that to our cat too.

The racoons won’t even eat it
By Todd on Sep 20, 2019
I tried this for my cat who has stomach issues and eats RX food. I also feed 272 ferals in 5 colonies. Since my cat wouldn’t eat it I gave it to the ferals at one colony they wouldn’t touch it either. I put it out for the racoons and it’s still sitting the dish weeks later. It’s either a bad batch or really bad food.

CATS WON’T TOUCH IT
By Katydid on Mar 25, 2018
I was really impressed by the ingredients in this food and purchased a bag of dry, as well as a whole case of canned. Unfortunately none of my three cats will touch it, so I have a case that I will probably donate to the shelter. The cats eat organic raw food, and other types of canned and dry food so I’m not sure what they dislike about this.

Only organic for my cats
By Mango on Apr 27, 2018
Wet raw is best! And I do the best I know how with giving them moist organic and dry and also organic raw grass fed beef. Probiotics, enzymes! Pray they stay healthy for many years to come.

Ok but not great
By PineHiker on Dec 27, 2017 top100Contributor
I decided to get an organic food for my cat, Abigail, that rivals Castor and Pollus Organix when it comes to ingredients. Unfortunately, Abby takes forever to eat this, whereas she gobbles down the C&P. It's a shame she's being picky with this because it does have great ingredients in it.
