I really love to buy Tetra AquaSafe Plus Freshwater & Marine Aquarium Water Conditioner from Chewy. Also, love to be your customer. Chewy team is great, friendly and honestly. I appreciate it. I will buy more in next two weeks when I received refund taxes money.

lid was broken. fluid had leaked.

Was excited to receive since it as it is a Christmas present for daughter. Had no idea the bottle was this big, we only bought a 10 gallon tank. I realize things look differently online than in person at the store. I should have looked at fluid oz. But when bottle arrived the lid had broken and there Was excited to receive since it as it is a Christmas present for daughter. Had no idea the bottle was this big, we only bought a 10 gallon tank. But when bottle arrived the lid had broken and there was fluid that was leaking all over the test strips I had bought in the same package. Not quite sure what to do other than put some plastic and rubber band around the top. And I'm sure the bottle will outlast the fish. … more

This is a great product and at a SUPER price, very happy with the transaction. The shipping was a different story. One of the major shipping agencies had my orders sit in Las Vegas for three days. I could have driven there and picked them up myself, three times over.

My angel fish is doing fine. When water is low, I add a cap full of this water conditioner in two gallons of water, wait 24 hrs. then pour into fish tank. This seems to work really well.
