The dimestions of this tank is 30 inches in height 12 inches in width and 18 inches in depth.
is the bottom tempered glass or can it be drilled for a drain?

The 29 gallon aquarium is not tempered on any sides or even the bottom. It is all annealed glass. The manufacturer does not recommend drilling this item.

Stickers!!!

I can’t believe the idiotic sticker placement on this tank. First of all, they put a sticker on the bottom - INSIDE - the tank, warning that it’s tempered glass. Who puts a sticker on the inside? But fine. I can deal with that. The one that put me over the edge was the one at the TOP of the tank, BETWEEN THE GLASS AND THE BLACK RIM SO THAT IT CANNOT BE REMOVED!!! I put my background on and flipped the tank around only to see this glaring orange sticker that I could not remove. I had to redo the entire background, which never looks as good when you have to take the entire thing off and put it on the other side, so at least I can’t see the glaring orange sticker unless I walk behind the tank.

Poor customer service

I asked chewy if bottom was tempered so I could drill it. They couldn't answer. Found where manufacturer said it was NOT tempered. I bought 2. IN THE BOTTOM OF THE TANK IS A WARNING IT WAS TEMPERED AND DO NOT DRILL.

29 gallon fish tank

great fish tank. Arrived with out damage. Packaged in a box.
