does it take a large filter

The 10-gallon uses a medium Tetra Whisper Bio-Bag Filter Cartridge and the 20, 30, 45, and 60-gallon all use a large Tetra Whisper Bio-Bag Filter Cartridge.

very quiet

WE've had this brand before and were disappointed. But the last brand we tried didn't last very long and was very noisy. So, I tried this one again and we are very happy with it so far. It's so quiet that I have to keep looking at the tank to make sure it's on. IT's cleaning a 55 gallon tank pretty good so far. Hopefully it will continue to perform well for a long time.

Came Broken…

I opened the box, and the plastic was broken. The plastic ripped off and there is no way to put it back on. Got a refund, but now i need to go an hour away to a pet store and pick one up.. Highly disappointed..

One of the quietest filters I have ever had, and the amt of water it pumps keeps my tank nice & clear
