Didn’t stop mosquitoes
I didn’t get bit quite as much but mosquitoes were still flying around me. I got 3 bites. I was really hoping this would work but I still won’t be sitting outside.
Small and mighty!
Thermacell Mosquito Repellent rechargeable system was a simple process to use. I love the easy USB recharging and the simply replacement of the refills. Mist has no scent and no mess. I used it in my back porch were I like to enjoy afternoon BBQs. It's about an 800 sq foot area. I live in South Florida where at 6 pm the noseeums are vicious and mosquitos are out for human blood. I turned on the Thermacell about 30 minutes before we ate outside and everyone was pleasantly surprised at the no noise, no smell, and most importantly no annoying noseeums or mosquitos. It's a magical small and mighty device. Highly recommend.
Great way to repel mosquitoes
I enjoyed using this rechargeable mosquito repeller. The Thermacell E55 rechargeable mosquito repeller covers the size of an average campsite, porch, firepit, or patio set by creating a 20-foot x 20-foot zone of area repellent. Provides up to 5.5 hours of continuous mosquito protection per charge. Effective mosquito prevention without spraying on skin. No smoke, flames, cords, or messy sprays or lotions. Mosquito repeller for hunting, camping, hiking, or relaxing outdoors. I find this great for planned outings. The refills last 12 hours and you get 5 and 1/2 hours of protection per use. The only problem I had was the wind shifts. If you are outside in the open and the wind moves either need to move the unit or move the party. Other than that it is easier to use then to make sure everyone is doused in bug spray.

Living in the south with so many mosquitoes this Thermacell E55 Rechargable Mosquito Repeller is a MUST have!! We could tell the difference within minutes of using it. Now my 4 year old granddaughter can play outside without getting eat up by mosquitoes now. And we don’t have to use all those chemical filled repellents on her. Thanks so much!! We love it!!
Goodbye mosquito bites
First thing I noticed is how cute it looks out of the box. I am a mosquito attractant. If there is a mosquito within 5 miles I will get bitten. I put this on my front porch as front porch sitting is my favorite past time but have a hard time with mosquitoes. This has really been a big help. I haven't gotten bitten once yet since I started using. only time will tell but there's no odor and it is completely safe around humans and animals which is awesome because my fur babysit right with me most of the time. It is super easy to load the cartridge and get started. Comes with charging chord and it stayed charged a very long time. Great to take camping or move around the yard with you. Has a 20' radius of protection.
Way better than the strong sprays!
Where I live the mosquitoes will almost literally eat you alive and I always hated using them strong smelling sprays to keep them away. With the Thermacell E55 Rechargeable Mosquito repeller you don't have to worry about getting bit and you can enjoy the beautiful outdoors like you want to without all the scratching and complaining.i love the fact that it's rechargeable and easy to carry no matter where you go.

After I bought it, I looked up the active ingredient Is metofluthrin mosquito repellent safe? Consumer Reports discourages use of these devices because some contain dangerous chemicals. One uses metofluthrin, a neurotoxin and potential carcinogen (cancer-causing agent). Metofluthrin is a pyrethroid insecticide, very effective at repelling mosquitoes, but not friendly to humans, either.
Small & Powerful!
In Louisiana, mosquitos are around every evening. We spend a lot of time on our back porch and the Thermacell E55 Rechargable Mosquito Repeller has definitely kept the mosquitos at bay. It requires hardly any effort on my end. No more tiki torches with the oil that spills everywhere or the candles that do not work. I am excited to use it for dinner parties, camping, fishing, and even boating throughout summer. If you are thinking about getting one, do it because they are totally worth it.

We really love this rechargeable mosquito repeller. I'm super thrilled that I can set outside and bugs disappear without having to spray myself and family with off! I love that my dog can enjoy the outside without bugs buzzing around and driving him nuts! This product is a great outdoor must for those wishing to relax without a greasey mess on their skin. My girls are very sensitive to bug repellent so it's nice to enjoy the outdoors with having to come in and wash them off so they don't break out! This product is a great option for families and pets!
