Why should I include vitamins & supplements in my pet’s diet?

Most commercial pet foods include baseline vitamins and nutrients, but some may not have the adequate amount to suit your pet’s exact health needs. Like in humans, vitamins and supplements can help support your pet’s long-term health, regulating everything from digestion to muscle growth. Consult your veterinarian to determine the best vitamins and supplements for your furry friend.

How often should I give this supplement to my pet?

It is recommended to give the suggested dosage based off your pet’s weight. Please refer to the Feeding Instructions tab and consult with your veterinarian for more information.

Is this supplement safe to use with the medication my pet is currently taking?

If your pet has a medical condition and is taking other medication, we recommend consulting with your veterinarian to ensure that this supplement is safe to use.

    Cats love it!!

By DarMar on Oct 14, 2021

We’ve been using this for some time and both cats really like it. I think it’s really helping with the one cat’s sinus problems.

    This made my life easier.

    By Ellen46 on Jul 19, 2021

Every morning I gave Scotty, our indoor cat, a soft Lysine but I wanted to also take care of Bo & Margo, our 2 outdoor ladies. I would break up up the Lysine and sprinkle it in their food each morning until I found Felo Lysine Powder. Now all 3 get the powder mixed in their food. Easy peasy.

    Stops the Sneezing

By Jazz on Mar 23, 2021

Jazz is 13 and has always had a little sneezing issue. His vet put him on tasteless Thomas Labs Felo Lysine Powder Cat Supplement years ago. I put in his wet cat food every meal. It boosted his immune system and cleared up his sneezing. When I couldn't find it any longer, his vet recommended another popular brand (Viralys). It didn't work as well and had a fishy taste (which probably wasn't as appetizing with chicken and turkey cat food). I thought he just didn't like chicken and turkey any longer. So, we're back to Thomas Labs, the 2.2 lb. canister was a superb deal, Jazz likes all flavors of his wet cat food, and the sneezes have stopped.

    Won't buy again.

By Dexter on May 24, 2021

The volume of product to be added to food is too much. Active ingredient in proportion to filler is way out of whack. Glad that Tomlyn is back in stock.

    The product isn't bad, but...

By KimB on Nov 24, 2020

The product itself is fine. I bought it figuring it would last my cat a long time and it will but the scoop size is HUGE. I really have to mix it in with a lot of canned food so that my cat will eat it, versus just sprinkling other products on the top of his food. We'll use this container up, but I'm going back to the smaller containers with smaller scoops.

Works great for upper respiratory infections

By Cori on Oct 11, 2020

I use this for my barn cats. All are vaccinated but occasionally a minor upper respiratory infection is detected. I put this in all of their wet food for several days and it knocks it out every time.

    Already Seeing minor results

    By Kodafaith95 on May 6, 2019

This product was recommended to me by a friend who volunteers with PAWSABILITIES in the Warrensburg, Mo area (not sponsored, but putting it out there :P) Moby has had constant sneezing fits since we got him in February and she recommended me this product because her daugther uses it as well. I've started out with 1/2 teaspoon (calls for 1 whole teaspoon) with one feeding (calls for 2x) just to get him use to it and be sure that he still eats it without noticing. He still has sneezing fits but they habe begun to die down (Will try to remember to update in a month with results once fully adjusted to the right fixture)
