We're trying hard to calm Jake's fear of thunderstorms. So far its hard to tell how well the "thunder" products are working. We see some improvement, but not to the extent desired. We're hoping that with continued use we'll see more improvement.

  • Really works

I bought the Thunder Vest for my collie and it helped but he was still panting and pacing. I sprayed the patch on the vest, the sofa and his blanket, he was still nervous and alert but is actually laying on the sofa.

  • Fear Aggression & Territorial

We adopted our (Dizzy) girl in July 2017, she was 3 years old and had been abused. After some work and confidence building, she really is the best dog we could ask for. However, she gets very scared and territorial when company or new people (especially men) come over. Due to this we do not have people over often at all. Over the weekend a friend came over that she has met once before. I sprayed a light mist of this over her and the area we would be visiting. When my she arrived, Dizzy began her usual barking and trembling but soon calmed down and relaxed. She would still get upset when my friend would get up and move around, but would calm right down. I believe this really helped her. We adopted our (Dizzy) girl in July 2017, she was 3 years old and had been abused. We will see in time. … more

  • Not sure yet

I got this, along with the thunder shirt for my 22 lb dog. She seemed fine with the smell and fine with misting it on the shirt she was wearing. I think the mist and the thunder shirt may have helped a tiny bit... but she still was panting and shaking, but, I believe not AS bad as usual. Hopefully with the next thunderstorm I will be able to notice a bigger difference. I will keep both products because I think it did help a little.

  • Calmed my little dog for his vet visit.

    By on

Great product. My little five pound Yorkie gets scared when ever he goes to the vet or hears loud noises. I sprayed the ThunderEssence on his favorite blanket and took him for his checkup at the vet. We had an hour long wait in a very busy noisy office and he did not even yip once. He was calm and had a very good visit. I am sold will use this on both of my little dogs from now on when we have vet visits or storms.

  • Calming Mist

Very pleased with this product. For us, spraying the mist on the under side of the Thundershirts before putting them on our dogs has worked the best. They stay calmer for longer!

  • It really helps

    By on

My dog gets really nervous during thunderstorms. I bought her a bed with a cover and spray the ThunderEssence in the bed and on a scarf that she wears. She settled down really well. She gets a little lazy for a while the next day but so much better than having her panting and scared.

  • Smells pretty good, but I didn’t notice any difference

This mist smelled good, but it didn’t “relax” or help my dogs chill in any way.

Works great! Spray it on the sofa and toys. She doesn't destroy anything.
