I adopted my two cats four years ago and was on the original litter box system until a friend of mine (who was a vet tech at the time) recommended the litter system that she used for her cats. We ended up getting my boys on this system and it is life changing! The pad gets changed every 5 or 6 days and it’s so easy to clean up after. Sometimes after I scoop I will spray a litter deodorizer for maintenance but if you are rotating your pellets correctly you shouldn’t ever have a problem. I give it a good deep clean about every month or two and everytime I need to fully refresh the pellets. I also disinfect the bottom tray about twice a month. It has worked wonders for my household and I recommend it to every cat parent I know.
I've had cats most of my life and tried a lot of litter options without a lot of success. When we got a new kitten last month, I wanted to give this a shot. I was drawn to the fact that it's a very affordable option, and it has worked out really well for about 6 weeks so far. He does still knock it out of the box sometimes but I find the pellets don't follow him through the house in his toes like regular litter does, which is a huge win for me. The pellets are also much easier to sweep up. If I keep on top of scooping the poo, there's almost no smell from this system!! The pad keeps in the urine remarkably well!! Will definitely continue to use this system.
The Breeze litter box has been great for our RV. Even with two cats in a small home we can't smell the litter box. Our cats tend to only pee in the front so after one day I turn the tray around (easy, the tray slides in both ways), then after one more day I change the pad. We've only had the system for about two weeks so I haven't completely changed the pellets yet, only topped a little off once. The pellets still look clean. I've been using an enzyme odor eliminator spray on the pellets and pee spot on the pad which seems to be working really well. I love that pellet tracking is minimal and if some do make their way out of the system they're so easy to pick up. We love it!
This litter box is the best litter box ever. We changed to the Breeze System because we wanted something that’s low maintenance. Our kitten would also love kicking litter everywhere and wiping his paws on the box. He tries REALLY hard to cover up his scent. The pellets last a long time and we switch his pad weekly. There is never any smell coming from the litter box. I give it a deep clean and scrub once a month and replace the pellets. I couldn’t be happier. Crumpet also really loves it and once he’s a bit older ( he is only 8 months now) we will be upgrading to the LX box just to give him some more room.
Took my 2 cats about 5 weeks to completely adopt this system. When, after four weeks of weaning them off old litter, I closed that litter box there were a couple of "accidents." One cat actually went to the trouble to go to my spare room bath and use the tub (with a cushy bath mat in it) rather than the new box. I closed the bathroom door and he conceded to use the new system exclusively. I explained to them that clean up was sooooo much easier on me that I would really appreciate their adoption of this system and at 6 weeks they are both using it. No litter odor, no litter tracking. There is a bit of "pellet scatter" as one cat really likes to scratch, but it is easily swept up. I wish I'd found this years ago.
I purchased the breeze system litter box and my cat hated it. He was scared of it and was just throwing the pellets around. I thought because I had opened it I was out that money. I reached out to Chewy's chat for help and not only did they refund me for the system but they told me to donate it to a local charity or pet rescue! This is not my first great experience with Chewy's Customer Service! I LOVE how well they treat me and my pets. Keep up the great work Chewy!
My kitty has end-stage chronic kidney disease and so he urinates A LOT. We have happily used the Breeze litter box system for years but recently - hoping to cut back on expenses a bit - decided to experiment using a "classic" litter box with generic clumping litter. And ooh man, I can tell you one thing for certain - the whole experience seriously felt like something straight out of the Simpsons... you know that episode where Bart is drinking hot chocolate and he puts a mini marshmallow in his mug and it expands SO much that it fills the entire mug?...........................my litter box was that mug of marshmallow. No "clumps"; just one massive, asteroid-sized block of 100% Homegrown, Made-in-the-USA, non-GMO, Certified Organic, solid cat pee......Y'all, I kid you not, if Arnold Schwarzenegger had to go up against this thing in the Predator, ain't nobody would be getting to that chopper.... But really, in all seriousness, if your cat is swinging in the pee-pee Major Leagues, this litter box system is a MUST! I go through 1 pee-pad a week (for 1 cat). My only complaint is that the system is not the best for looser stools because it will sometimes stick to the pellets but, at least for me, the little extra work to pick out the dirty pellets is totally worth not having to shovel out Halley's Comet from the litter box on a daily basis (which would get expensive too).
It really does eliminate the urine smell! The poops are easy to remove. I replace the pee pad twice as often as they recommend (twice a week). Our 12 year old cat's box is in the laundry room beside my husband's study. He was complaining about the box odor. We've tried so many ways to eliminate the odors with scoopable litter. I was scooping the box twice daily, using Arm & Hammer litter box deodorizer, room deodorizers, and washing the stainless steel litter box regularly. I was skeptical about this Tidy Cats system, but several weeks in, my husband says he detects no box odor (and he has a very good sense of smell). It was worth every penny and my cat took to the litter immediately. The litter also doesn't scatter as much as the scoopable litter did, so the area around the box stays much cleaner.
Worst product ever. This smells horrible. Spent money on this system plus refills and I'm throwing it away. I end up buying cat litter out of a box and I smell nothing-it's fantastic. This product is a lie. Chewy should consider not selling this item.
The flaw in this product are the pee pee pads to collect the urine. In short order they stink. I have one cat they say it lasts for a week. I was changing my twice a week and that wasn’t enough. I can’t imagine you have multiple cats! I’m giving mine away and going back to the old fashion litter box.
