Wow!!
This is the biggest litter box I personally have ever bought. Just put it together. I have a female and a male cat. My female , Gracie, is in the pictures. She is around 14 lbs . My male is around 16. He has used it also. Before getting rid of ( any) other box I’d recommend scooping it a little and put the poo in the new one, to help them realize hey this is where I do my business now! The clumping litter of course in the dust pan. She LOVED kicking it out of the box. Constant sweeping, the litter going everywhere. Before you complain about price on pellets ( either these or another brand.) look at your dust pan - would you rather keep dealing with that mess ? No litter box is perfect. Pellets still track out a bit but they don’t stick to your cat or floors, easy to sweep . My house already feels so much cleaner not dealing with clumping litter anymore!

Big improvement!
My cat is 12.5 pounds and very leggy, not chunky, so I got the XL without a hood to give him some turn around space. It has only been one week of using this litter box and I am already such a fan! Previously, my cat was using a hooded litter pan and all types of litter. We used paper pellets, coconut husk, corn, wheat, and they were all either stinky or terribly for tracking out of the box. This, however, eliminates a TONNNN of urine smell and the tracking has practically disappeared. I will probably change the pee pad more than once a week because he is on a special vet diet to pee more to prevent bladder stones, but I just put my hand in a dog poop bag, fold the pad up, and contain it in the bag. Super easy! I scoop once or every other day and most of the litter does not cling to the poop, and it’s only a small amount if it does cling. Tracking is the least it’s ever been.
Disgusting
I ordered this box and several bags of litter based on the good reviews. I did successfully get my cat to switch to using it, however it is WAY grosser than just scooping a cat box in my book. The smell is also much worse than my old litter. Changing the pad underneath is disgusting- it is like a cold, wet diaper , even with gloves it was gross. The pellets cling to the poop if they bury it so you can go through a lot of them and if you try to put more in the box they just end up scratched out the door and all over the floor. They are easier to sweep up and less messy than regular litter but still a mess that has to be swept up. I will give kudos to Chewy because when I complained they promptly refunded my money and told me to donate the box and unused litter so I greatly appreciate that and will happily give them my business in the future.

no more litter everywhere
On the pricey side for a plastic box (minus one star), but the concept is ideal when you’re sick and tired of messy litter tracked all over your house. Once my 8 year old, 18 pound loafcat adjusted to the box and pellets (that took a week of mixing regular litter in the box which was a mess and a half but overall worth it), it’s been smooth sailing. The box recommends 3lbs of pellets for the pan but my cat requires more to feel comfortable. Overall I’d say it’s a win- easier to manage than scooping clumpy heavy littler, and I’m grateful to not be stepping on tracked littler all throughout my upstairs anymore.

Witks great & it’s loud!
It was determined that our 22# Maine coon mix needed a bigger box after having shelled out $100 for a “sanitary grooming” appointment. I did a lot of research and settled on this box for several reasons. Firstly, our guy tracks litter EVERYWHERE which I hate. Second, he pees A LOT and daily scooping wasn’t even keeping up with the pee clumps. This system is GREAT! He can’t track the pellets, there are no more clumps, just a pee pad to change once a week and there is ZERO smell! The one thing I wanted to add, however, is that the pellets against the plastic is rather loud when he’s doing his “hiding the poo” work. Also, he wouldn’t use it until I used 7# of pellets, rather than the 3.5# they say can be used. We are very happy! Thanks, Chewy!
Terrible for male cats that pee upright
Have used this box for a total of three days and it has leaked from under the white plastic piece and also the white piece is not high enough to prevent my male cat from peeing over the wall. Wish they would create a seamless top entry box. Used their previous original version and the dome version but that caused a lot of seepage through the plastic seams like this one does. Love the litter and the pad system but can't stand the actual design of the boxes. Terrible for male cats that pee upright.
Big disappointment
Every January I get a new litter box for my two cats. This large size box looked much better than the regular size since it had enough room for two. But the quality is quite disappointing. The plastic of the bottom started peeling off as if it could not endure the cat pee. If they sell parts separately, I would buy a few bottom parts but it will be too much to buy a whole new set only in May. I have been a loyal customer of this litter box but have to reconsider.
Not for little cats. Great for huge cats
I purchased one tidy cats, breeze, XL for my newly adopted Romeo, who is very very large. The minute he saw it he got in it and probably said to himself. This is home! So I bought a second one for my 5 pound munchkin so that they could have identical litter boxes, but it doesn’t seem to work for her because she urinates on the left and on the right but not in the middle of this big box. I’ve been going through litter pads very quickly bequest both sides gets soaked in the middle stays dry.

They were not kidding when they said XL!
My husband and I love love love the Breeze Litter System so much. The clean up is so easy and there is barley any smell. We have the regular sized box and I started to notice that it’s taking a bit for Crumpet to get comfortable in the box to go about his business so I figured that he needed a bigger litter box to make him feel more comfortable. I decided to go with the XL so he can have more room. I couldn’t believe how big it is! It looks like a baby bath tub. My poor boy is intimidated by it and it’s size and continues to use his smaller box. Very sad that we will have to find a new alternative! I just wish there was a i between size between the XL and standard!

Took Some Patience, But Worth It
Initially our cats used this system immediately, but then they returned back to using their old box and stopped using the Breeze box entirely. It took a bit of reading through alternative transition methods, and ended up following the Purina suggested method of slowly transitioning from clay litter to pellets in the old box. Eventually our cats seemed to decide they were done with the old box and fully moved over to using the Breeze box. It's substantially cleaner than the clay litter we were using (though pellets can get out, they just don't really spread through your house like clay litter), and is much easier to maintain. The downside is of course the increased price, but so far it's been worth it for the positives.
